Brought my new Toyota Avalon to this car wash today for the first time! Couldnt be more pleased at the service that I had received! The manager and his wife were very friendly and listened to all my concerns/requests. I personally like how it is FULLY hand-washed; it gets all the dirt where the machine cant really get to. That being said, the workers moved efficiently and quickly, but did a thorough job. The store also sells a lot of automobile accessories for cheaper than retail price which I was surprised at. They have air freshners, wind shield wipers, and other car trinkets, deodorizers, and more on sale next to the cash register. The lady in the front was also nice enough to give me a coupon and a card. The prices are very reasonable which is nice, since I usually like to wash my car by myself. I will definitely come here again!

Damaged Porsche

So Ive gone to this car wash regularly for 6 years since I started working in Melville. Ive taken multiple cars there along with recommended many friends/co-workers. I just purchased a brand new car and took it there today and as youll see by the pictures I uploaded to YELP, damage was done to my driver seat. A hole was made along with a blue streak along the side of the leather seat. All the owner said was that is didnt happen today and couldnt of been from his workers! Really?! Because Im going to buy a new car with any defect to it!!!!! He offered 3 free car washes..the brand new car is a PORSCHE, I think we all know that 3 free car washes certainly wont make up for it..Premier has lost my business along with many of my friends..BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH!!! Why cant I give zero stars?!?!?!?!?!

Just wow. I cant believe how much they cared about cleaning my dirty 03 Nissan Pathfinder.. I found this place through Facebook and decided to get it checked out because my car was filthy. And I mean FILTHY. There were salt marks and heavy dirt in the rims of my tires. I ordered the basic "full package," and I was so impressed at how much attention my car received. The best part is that they have both a hand-washing so they can really get the scuff marks and parts where the machines sometime CAN NOT reach, and they have an automated part that will provide an evenly distributed waxing! Plus its really awesome that the staff are so friendly and helpful :] They got me hooked! Will be coming back shortly

"I visited this car wash last Friday! It was conveniently located next to Broadhollow Road and near route 110. The inside of the car wash looks very clean and new, and you can see your car as it gets cleaned. There was a bit of a line, but it was only a five-minute wait. The workers really thoroughly washed my car and listened to my requests, which I really appreciated. They offer a wide variety of services, like tire shining or interior carpet cleaning, as well as some minor detailing. They also accept credit cards and cash, and they give you this neat little coupon voucher. Every 10 carwashes, you get one free! I will definitely plan on coming here again"

i would not go back to this car wash. I was very disappointed with the job they did on the interior. I borrowed this 2015 car from a family member and a passenger spilled coffee on the console. There was also a previous soda stain. The dash board was also dusty and had some stains. I figured I get it washed inside and out before I returned it. After using this car wash I had to stop at a super market and buy some Windex and paper towels which easily cleaned what the car wash should have cleaned. I think the problem with this car wash is that there is no quality control or supervision when the car moves to the outside to clean the interior.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would in a heart beat. You can definitely find a shittier place that will probably actually vacuum your car. They advertise "silver package" $16.95 will clean pretty much everything.. horrible. I dont think they vacuumed.. when confronting them, the man said.. "your car is bad. If you want it clean, get it detailed" (great customer service)

1st and last time at this carwash, vacuum job was poor. I came back to show the cashier (Owner) and she told me from her opinion is was good. I did not notice that the brake dust was still all over the rims at that point. Wasted $24 for platinum wash , $5 tip and time dealing with these people. No attention to detail, save your money and go somewhere else in my opinion.

Simply put (my first visit): I brought over a filthy car that had survived my collegiate years and got the Platinum Package. I ended up with a spotless car and, now, can finally give rides to others without being embarrassed. The people were kind and warm and would definitely recommend it to those who need a thorough cleaning. I am a regular now.

The car wash is an amalgamation of good service, good prices and overall good work. Sandy and Joe are always there to make sure your car is spotless and ready to go, but more importantly they do it with a smile on their face. Not to mention the equipment and stores interior are all brand new! Will most definitely return in the future.

This place really pays attention to detail The crew were great and its a hand wash so the car comes out really clean with no scratches. I did the platinum wash and they rinsed off my rubber matts. The vacuum job was very fast and hit all the spots thoroughly

I took my car here for an exterior and interior wash, and was pretty happy with the results. I have kids, so not only does the interior of my car get dusty, it also gets random crumbs from my kids snacks. After the car wash, it looks like I never had kids!

This is seriously the best car wash in the NY. We have a monthly pass and come here weekly. always thorough, always professional and always so nice to our kids. I mean come on what other car wash takes time to wash your sons fire truck.
