It is not the first time I have to experience bad service at this car wash, however this time it was terrible. I paid for Gold service and I felt like I was getting it for free. I saw the employees not using anything they are suppose to use and even after I asked the cashier to have someone to fixed the problem no one did anything. I felt like it was a complete waist of money. Never again.

They dont have enough people to do a proper job on your car in the short amount of time that they spend in it. Aqua car wash costs about the same, but they do a much more thorough job.
