WOW!! This week I did the Complete 5* Detailing & Headlight Restoration service. Before the interior & exterior of my 2000, VW Jetta was tremendously dirty having a lot of garbage inside because of the previous owner. Also, the headlights were foggy. BUT, hours later when I came to pick it up I was in complete shock & astonished by the way my car looked. In total disbelief on how brand new my car looked all over. When I looked at my car for the 1st time, I was speechless & believed for a moment that wasnt my car. Those workers did a FANTASTIC JOB & I recommend ANYONE to do service here. I am truly grateful & it was a privilege doing business with Mr. Hailey for the 1st time. I most definitely plan on doing more in the future. THANK YOU!

I like my cars, and I refuse to go to a machine wash and have the brushes spin away my clearcoat, so I thought I would give splash a try... I instantly regret ever going here... first, they railed my wheel against the track that pulls the car through the sprayers, so now my alignment is off.. Second, the SHADY guys that greet you try and sell you up on EVERYTHING... "oh, you have bugs on your front bumper, you should upgrade to this more expensive polish wash." Hey A HOLE... thats the whole point of getting my car washed!!! Third, its expensive as all can be... its just a car wash, it shouldnt cost $21+ to wash my car once! Ill at least go to the Splash in Darien where you can spray yourself! Stay away from this car wash!!!!!

You cant get a car wash here for under $20 and when I pulled in I thought since it was over $20 I might as well get the $30 one because it came with a wax. I had moving boxes in the back of my jeep to the trunk so they didnt have to work too hard really just focus on the exterior and the front. The vacuum job want complete, nothing was wiped down, they quickly wiped everything down, the wax want rubbed in on one side of my car so two days later you could see the difference on color due to the shine, and my windshield still had crud all over it. They do not do a good job. Its not like it was a ridiculous amount of money but, I could go through the $5.99 wash at Freds for that experience.

Went to this place for a car wash with interior vacuum. I checked my car to make sure everything is clean. I was so upset when I saw under the front seats are very dirty, the cup holder they didnt vacuum too and same thing at the back of my car. They did not vacuum it at all. The exterior car wash is not acceptable too. I have some bird poop on my windshield and when I got my car its still there. I went home and had to clean my car all over again. I dont mind paying $30 and give tip as long as they do a great job. Oh and by the way the last time I went here someone stole my perfume.

7/3-2017 This is a hit or miss place, brought my brand new 2016 car over because of sand and dirty on the driver side and I park near a tree so lots of birds and leaves. When they finished, I still have bird poop on the back window, it looked as if they missed it all together. I always have to clean stuff they missed, on my windows and car. It was 5pm and one guy was working on my car, so not sure if service goes down because it was close to closing time. This was the $58 dollar express detail. A lot of money to pay to have to still clean it myself. ugh

Splash does a terrible job overall. Today in Norwalk basically the bottom 1/3 of my car was completely uncleaned. When I pointed it out they used their dry rags to basically wipe off the dry dirt. Thats gotta be great for the paint! I dont mind paying $30 for a car wash and dont expect it to look like it was detailed, but generally the results are disappointing. Not just in Norwalk, its the status quo at all the locations. I had to do a quick re-wash when I got home.

Ridiculous Car Wash!! Save yourself some money! They DO NOT do a good job on cleaning. After paying ~ $20 and 15 minutes wait, I found the car back with dirt near the bumper, and stains right in the front. I mean, if I was working there, I wouldnt take money to hand over a car this way back to a customer. This car was detailed a month back, so this is not one of the dirtiest ones out there. These guys just dont care or dont do what they do! WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE!

Bait and switch on the oil change price, pressure from staff to upgrade services, and inconsistent car wash quality. This place has gone the way of a typical chain - profits at all cost, regardless of value and quality to the customer. More than once, the guys cleaned the door jams and then used the same towel to dry the exterior. Doing this sratches the paint. The manager didnt seem to think it was a problem. Hello? I would think twice about taking a nice car here.

A friend referred me so I was excited to try it out as I am new to the area. However, I was very disappointed today when I went to get my car washed. I paid for the supreme and when I got my car back there was literally a French fry on the floor and dust it was clear that they did not do the interior clean like they said they would . I plan on bringing it back in so hopefully they can make it right.

Wow!!!!! AMAZING FIRST CLASS SERVICE. Previous bad experience kept me from coming back. But today because I was limited on time, I deduced to try again. I told the counter rep how disappointed I was the last time I was here and Ali went above and beyond to the call of action comping my service today and making sure the staff took care of me. Great experience in the oil change! Alexandra was very informative on what my car needed so I went with the high mileage. I had gotten a coupon in valpak and was able to use it there. Just got the basic car wash and my car was done with everything in 20 minutes. This sure beats spending hours at my dealership! Clean car and a quick oil change, I will be back for sure.

Fantastic experience! When I first drove up, the guy recommended a 20 minute interior cleaning and boy did they do a great job. The inside of my car looked brand new in minutes. Such fast and efficient service from this car wash. Everyone I came into contact with were extremely friendly and courteous. They all deserve an A++. Keep up the awesome job guys!

Great setup, quick and friendly service. Only two issues. A. if the hand washers are going to drop a wash pad on the floor, they should clean it before they start washing my car with it again. B. The cars go through the rinse so quickly, there is always some soap left on the car. use a little more water maybe? Im sure theyll sort it out.
