Horrible car wash. I went today to get my car washed and not only were the attendants in my face about trying to sell me extra services, they did not even wash my car properly. They actually dried my car with several mud splashes still on it. When I questioned the fact that my car was still filthy, one attendant said, oh I need to use a tar remover which took all about 2 minutes to clean. Well if I am going to spend $30 for a car wash, shouldnt they at least "try" to remove the dirt in the first place? Then I asked what service I should have asked for so the dirt would be removed and was told that I should get detailing servies. Really? I came home and wiped off the dirt myself with ease. Why did I waste my money? I will NEVER EVER go back here.

I love my car and I try to keep it clean but, dont really like Car Washes. Ive bread horror stories of cars getting scratched or worse at other car washes. A friend told me about Splash Car Wash and how she always trust them with her cars, so I decided to give it a try. I went on Monday and my experience was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and knew what they were doing. And the store inside was great. I probably bought to much. I just had to give a review since I was so hesitant on going to a Car Wash in general and finding Spash Car Wash was a great surprise. Theyre Car Washes that know what their doing and know how to treat Customers. Oh and I signed up for a chance to win a Corvette‼️ Now that was a plus.

Extremely sub-par. Its quite expensive and very dissatisfied with both the quality and service: - There were many spots of dirt still on the car after the $20+ hand wash - There was one extremely large spot I asked them to fix, the sort of smudged it around and left it a mess (the whole process was slow and I was in a rush but otherwise would have complained more) - One of the workers was in my face rudely asking if everything was done ok, this was perhaps technically the right words but was clearly done much more as an intimidating shakedown Not going back. Have had a better (though still overpriced) experience at their location closer to Port Chester.

Ive been to most of the washes around town but this Splash is the one I like best. My BMW gets those really filthy rims and they always take good care of me. Even if they miss something they are always happy to fix it up right. Good folks here from the top down.

The wash is done well and finished quickly which I need on my way to work. The best thing about the place is how friendly everyone is. Even on the rare occasion when I have a problem they are always happy to make it right. I havent tried the detail options yet.

Worst carwash ever! You dont get what you pay for. I been there many times and every time they miss cleaning the wheels or didnt press a service I paid for like salt X. Whatch them and dont be cheated.

Went in for my 3 day free return wash and it easy peasy. Didn’t have to purchase anything else to get it. Just went and they scanned my barcode and done! Thanks guys, much appreciated.

They do a great job but its pricy (and therefore less crowded than their other nearby locations). Hand wash and dry. Fun squirt gun contraptions for kids to blast the cars with.

Trevor is the nicest guy and always so helpful when I visit splash. His great customer service is the biggest reason why I keep coming back. Cos Cob always does a nice job.

I just asked for a $35 wash, the guy charged me $54, and my car is still dirty inside and out! Avoid at all cost!
