I live in the local area and there are several Splash locations that Ive visited. Wilton is the most convenient. I dont mind washing my own car myself to save a few bucks and have a Zen experience, but Ive found that the Splash team tends to be more thorough. My car, inside and out, always looks better than my efforts when it comes out of Splash. I agree that the pricing is expensive. However, I look at it as more a cost of convenience. Life can get busy; Splash makes this a bit easier. The facility is fun if you have younger kids. Adding an oil change for $20 is also quick (if timing is right) and convenient. I enjoyed their Golden Ticket promotion; got a free interior detailing that looked great and lasted for months. I even gave the Wilton location two bags full of household towels, cloths, etc. for use on the cars. Its better than sending it to a landfill :-)

I went in for a quick wash at 10:30; I had an 11:00 meeting to get to. I asked for the $20 wash and he said I really needed the $34 wash. I asked how long it would take and he said 15-20 minutes, so I said ok. Then I go inside and they ring me up for $65!!! I said, what, I was getting the $34 one, and he said thats ON TOP OF the other but it still didnt add up, so he "gave me $10 off". It also took 45 minutes which made me very late for my meeting. I asked what happened to the 15-20 minutes that they said it would take and he said that was on top of the regular wash time, too. Ive had this same experience there before but chalked it up to a one-off, but now I know better. Really horrible, overpriced, misrepresenting everything. I cannot stand dishonesty.

Horrible experience for due to that they didnt even wash my car to hand wax it, shampooing the rug without vacuuming it,they call me to say it was done to find these, and thats not all walked out of the got to my house to find out that they had taken my house keys from my keychain do not know why but they did. called the place and talk to the manager about everything that had happened and all he said was that it wasnt the guys best day....very incompetent and unprofessional.... did not meet my expectations at all defenetely not a place to go to for detailing, maybe just for an express wash. you better off just washing the car yourself.... not recommended.

Been an unlimited "The Works" wash member ($63.80 after taxes/month) for a little over half a year now and have to say Im pretty happy with the service. Splash does a great job of giving you what you pay for and should since $64 bucks a month for car washes is pretty pricey compared to some of the other unlimited programs around the area. The difference with Splash is everything is done by hand and the attention to detail by the employees is pretty good. Overall, Id like to see the prices become a better value in the future but Im very happy with the service provided. Car always comes out looking absolutely brilliant! Thanks guys

I came - after many times before - a few month ago and paid the top price for having my car washed ,hoping to also have the interior taken care of. My car a Toyota Matrix unfortunately has many nooks and crannies where dirt and now leaves accumulate. I came home and saw that none of these problems were cleaned. I would like to come soon and ask: what can I do and say to show what needs to happen and to whom I can address my questions?

Overpriced but convenient. When you request a basic wash, they charge extra to clean your floor mats. Also, dont expect more than a basic wash. When I got home, I spent an hour finishing up the small stuff they overlooked. I vacuumed between the seat cushions, the cup holders and crevices. I wiped down the edges of the doors and dusted the dashboard and areas around the doors.

Not a great experience. Got upsold an "express" carpet shampoo that I didnt realize was $32! Then figured, oh well, might as get it done. Was told it would take 10 minutes and it took 30. Exterior was just "ok". $61 for a car wash that is just okay it not okay in my book. Been here a few times, likely wont be returning.

I will never come back here... they ask me 200 hundreds dollars for full details interior and exterior and when i had pick up my car was dirty inside... dog hair i saw before that i leave the car and the same thing when i was come back for take it ... i cant give zero stars because google dont give me the opportunity..

First time customer. Incredibly satisfied with my car! Had a full detail. I feel like Im driving a brand new car. Thomas and his team provided great service and were very accommodating to my schedule. Wish I had before pictures to show my friends the difference! Will recommend to all my friends and loved ones!

The 72 hour re-wash is a a scam. I called to get my car re-washed and they wont do it because they didnt register the wash under my account. I cant find my receipt but I paid for our with a credit card which they could look up. There are so many places that are soo much cheaper!

I purchased their best wash and the did the worst job ever on what was a clean car to start. Now the car is covered in water spots, rims are dirty soap dried up on the rear of the car... i would never suggest this place to anyone with a decent car

Poor service. Found a fist sized scratch that went all the way through the paint of my car. Then had to manoeuvre through the right side of the building where all the workers cars are parked just to ruin my newly shined tires to curb rash.

Broke a piece off my side view mirror and hid it with black electrical tape - during a simple oil change. Heard similar experience with a friend. Check your car over carefully before and after going here!

Worst ever paid 40 dollars for a car wash and vacuum never got the vacuum they put the bottles and garbage under the seat. Not worth the money at all go somewhere else

Full service wash is the way to go. I once got a detail and while they did do a great job I did not like the product they used.
