They used to do a very good job but lately (within the last 6 months or so) they have been getting worse and worse. I cant tell you how many times they dont even completely dry the car anymore. last month I got the coconut grove and after I left I realized they did not clean my windows on the inside because my windshield was dirty on the inside. I walk up to it and there is water spots on the windshield and side panels. Door jams are barely passed by with a rag... The service has gone down and it is mostly due to the guys. There are still 2 guys that do a good job but most of them are terrible. I also hate the fact that every time they pull my car in or out of the tunnel and they rev my engine just because my car is a sports car and I guess they enjoy it. For the record, my current car is brand new with less than 5000 miles on it and in mint condition. I use the monthly wash passes all the time so you cant say my car is too dirty. Most recently I keep finding out that they dont really close when they say they close. i found myself on a few occasions staring at the closed car wash before 7 pm (they supposedly close at 8).

I havent been to this car wash in a very long time since I moved out of the area so when I was in the neighborhood I thought I would clean the car. I was satisfied with the job until I looked at my painted calibers. Someone had taken a heavy duty steel brush to them and removed half the paint. How can anyone not realize you just dont do that? Complaining was useless as no one listened or understood. Now I have to get them repainted at my expense. I have been though many car washes without a problem. Please teach your people to be more careful.

The worse customer service I have ever received!!! The staff locked my keys in my vehicle & instead of assuming responsibility for it the manager told me its not their fault. That its Fords fault & its only happened twice before. If the manager at Miami Car Wash is aware of the glitch with Ford vehicles then they should have their staff aware of the situation. Guess what Miami Car Wash you are responsible because you are aware of the problem but do nothing to inform your customers or staff.

This last time that I was there I got a night special and they were close to closing time I got in my car and I noticed my inside door like the buttons and cup holders in my center console nothing was wiped down properly its still a lot of dust and dirt dont feel like I should be paying the money I am and Im not getting the product that I should be service is definitely changed

Miami car wash is the best carwash period!! They take there time cleaning the cars & do an outstanding job. It is well worth the few extra dollars compared to other carwashes that dont do nearly as good of a job.

I went their on a Sunday morning and my car was still dirty. My carpets were dirty and the front exterior had a lot of dirt stains. I had to ask for a cloth to clean my own car. Highly upset with the service.

These guys used to be great but I guess they rush now because certain aspects of my car were actually worse after the wash. Wasnt impressed; very disappointing since its close by. Not a terrible price though.

Fast and pretty solid. I went mid day on a sunny Wednesday in the summer. They could use a few more detail guys in the front and back to move things along, but overall great bang for the 22 dollars.

This is the best car wash on hempstead turnpike for your vehicle, the people who clean your cars take their time cleaning it and make sure it comes out very clean and nice.

I pay 27 $ with the tip and had to clean the car 10 mins later when i get home ,they did the worse job vacuming the car and even worse job on the windows

I feel that they do an adequate job overall. Its like everything else, it depends upon the amount of cars that are on line. Up front, Carlos is great!

Its not horrible. There are better wash spots but the guys at the end do a great job if you tip them well while they are cleaning the interior.

Got there at 7:30 AM because they said they open at 7:30 AM and they were not open. the doors where still locked with no soul in sight
