I never wrote a review online but today I am extremely upset and had to write. Just bought a brand new car three weeks ago, took it for its first car wash to Westbury Car Wash after reading the places good reviews, and ended up with multiple lines of scratches on the front hood. The most upsetting part of all is that I found out about these scratches after I came back home and inspected the car. I realized that that was where a bird poop was before the car wash. The last two people who dried my car should have known about them but they did not honestly address them to me and took their tip. I rushed back and showed the manager the scratches. He did NOT apologize, acted like nothing serious, and had guys sand them. Luckily most of the scratches were treated but not the deeper ones, however, the manager still wont apologize, the guys giggling, didnt get a refund, just had to take the car and leave. How can it be called the best when they cant even take off a bird poop right? Never going back there again.

I brought my 2013 Genesis Coupe to this car wash again recently and everything about the process was superb. I had a simple exterior wash and the staff worked so hard and was very courteous. Once my vehicle came out it had a minor issue but I must say Steven the manager helped me to get it resolved quickly and efficiently. The receptionist was amazing and very nice I cant remember her name. If you dont get your car washed here your crazy!

Best car wash I ever experienced- they took the time to clean inside and out super thoroughly, even taking my car back to be vacuumed a second time (without me requesting it) to ensure it was slick and span, which amazed me! I drove out of my way to go here cuz it was recommended and I will definitely drive the extra 15 min for future car washes because its worth it!

Brought my car to "long islands best car wash" results speak for themselves.I paid $21 for the full service wash.They missed almost everything,then when I called the guys who were cleaning the cars they reacted like I was bothering them about my car NOT BEING CLEAN.Never again.I guess you guys choose whose car gets cleaned and whose car just get blown out.

Spent 24.00$ before tip . 30$ after tip and they scratched my rims , and my back bumper how nice . I was thinking I would pay them a visit since i was already in the neighbor and regret it . I should of took my car down to Hempstead were I would of payed 17$ after tip and got the same car wash and not have had my car scratched . Not happy

Went in for a wash, obviously, then noticed once I left, money was taken. I went back to confront the manager, Eddie, and all he did was pull his staff to the side as they laughed and said "Its just a dollar." Then he has the audacity to offer me a free car wash. Dont go to them. VERY unprofessional.

!! They take their time wiping the car down and do an immaculate job on the interior. The owners are always there watching what;s going on to make sure everything comes out perfect. They also run some great specials around the holidays. I would highly recommend this place.

I thought it wad a bit pricey comparatively to car washes in queens but OMG my car was spotless. They even lift the back door open and wipe so no water drips as well as all the doors, shine the wheels and it was well worth it. It looked this way for a good 3 weeks.

This place is way overpriced and they charge extra for everything. A over size charge for SUVs I paid 46 dollars for the ultimate wash was not worth the extra money. My car had water line marks all down the side after will never go to this wash again.

This is the Best Car Wash On Long Island! The Entire operation is Well managed. They pay attention to Every detail, and the results Clearly show it! There is a Very Noticeable Difference in Quality between this Car Wash and others.

Terrible service. Very expensive for a mediocre service. I paid for a full service Super Wash and the interior looked untouched. Very disappointed and will not be going back.
