If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. The only reason I even came here was because glitz car wash wasnt working for the moment. Anyways, I came to this car wash in hopes of getting a decent vacuum and wash. I couldnt even get that. For some reasons there seemed to be a puddle of water on my passenger side mats and soap on the top of my sunroof but inside. How did that even get there if I ensured ALL my windows were closed. They vacuumed by putting all of my dirty shoes on top of my seats. Which are suede and a very very light color. Who does that? Not even glitz car wash does that when vacuuming my car . "Sparklez" didnt even go into my trunk and vacuum, I still have dirt and sand from my travels to the beach. Is the trunk not part of the car?? Then washing begins. I have a tow hitch at the back of my car which USED to have a cap until this place took it off. Do you guys just not care about customers cars when washing? That cap doesnt just come off, it was tightly on there. No other car wash that I have been to has this ever happened. You guys didnt even do a good job washing my car. Dirt on my front bumper was removed after your hand towel people wiped it off, not even during the wash. So thank you for letting me experience a place I will never return to, and will also let everyone else know to not come here.

Rayaron mi carro y se negaron a responsabilizarce. Las personas en su mayoria son buenas, pero hay dos muchacos jovenes bien groceros una experiencia horrible. They scratch my car and didnt want to take reaponsability for it. A horrible experience, staff became rude as the conflict scalated.

Sparkelz truly is the best car wash around! They offer a spectacular clean and speedy service at an affordable price. Plus, they completely vacuum out your car (a service that many other car washes do not offer). To anyone in the Danbury area looking for a place to make their car shine, I recommend Sparkelz!

Not as good as it used to be. Sloppy. So disappointing as Ive used this car wash for many years. Today they didnt prep or finish the car as in the past even though it was one of the more expensive options. Even for its convenience, its time to look for a new place.

Im forced to give it the 1 star, so I will....but Im not happy about it. Spent $30+ (and 90 minutes sitting in their waiting room) on a car wash and they damaged my dashboard in 2 places and while they admit they caused the damage they wont compensate me for it.

One of the most thorough car washes Ive ever been to...car came out amazingly clean. Wash equipment is brand new and has the latest features. They also dont skimp with the soap, hot wax, and other products.
