my experience yesterday had all to do with Travis at the desk. There was an elderly woman with a cane and a walker and was having trouble breathing a bit due to COPD. Travis went above and beyond for this woman even indirectly offering to go to her house and get her inhaler. I stood there amazed as I watched him hold doors, hold her arm, walking her to her car when ready all the while with a happy tone and smile on his face. His sincerity was commendable. Travis i saw you and so did the other lady waiting for her car. You truly are an inspiration and you will go far in life with that kind of attitude and behavior. Camp Ave. is very lucky to have an employee like you :)

On the way back to the city from visiting a client and my 4Runner was in bad need of a good, quick cleaning. Was told about Camp ave by someone at my clients business so decided to check it out. At first I was a bit taken back by the price as I was just looking for a quick exterior wash, but woah did they go above and beyond!! They vacuumed the floor mats and even threw out the trash in my back seat for now additional charge! I was very pleased with the service.

Very badly done job of the interior. Paid for the "ultimate" but they did a quick "once over" missing whole sections of my dash and windshield. Mats were put back incorrectly. I had to re clean the car once they were done. Very shoddy work. I will not go back. I tried to contact management to tell them about it and they were unavailable to speak with me. I suggest you go elsewhere

Last time I left here after getting their top of the line wash, when I got home I found the two large spots of bird poop still completely on my car. I used to only frequent here but the last few times I feel like they have rushed and the job was subpar.

Usually get a good wash here. Only knock is some times the guys dont do a great job drying the car. I get it, it gets repetitive and its tough after a while, just isnt right for the customer. Most of the time good though.
