:::EDIT 8/11/17:::Ive been loyal to splash since I could drive. Recently, I was so disappointed that I will have to go elsewhere since the staff doesnt seem to really respect other peoples property. After recently repairing my two front wheels from a hit and run, the gentleman at the drive-in bay was quick to bring some much un-wanted patina back into my line of sight. The guy not only jumped the rail with my truck, slammed on the brakes (cue screeching metal on metal sound of my rims grinding rails) he also giggled his way into the next customers car to repeat it. Not only did the entire staff stop after the hearing the noise, everyone looked around to see if anyone saw. I reported the damage to the staff and the only thing they had to offer was an apology. Sorry guys, but I couldnt let this one slide by. Re-Powder coating wheels is not cheap! Not like it matters to them, but I wont be coming back after this.... Even if this was EDIT: since the issue the management staff has been trying to communicate with me, so much so that theyve known me for so long that they know my friends who also wash their cars with them and attempted to relay through them. Long story short, I completely put this incident aside just by seeing how serious they take their customer complaints. Sorry if had been difficult and thanks for being so caring about your customers. Keep up the good work guys!!

Sorry I hate to do this but I need to be honest.... This is the 3rd and last time I waste money at this car wash. 24.00 plus tax for wheel and wash package. Once again the worst car wash I have EVER received. -Dirt left on my console -wet mud print on my driver side speaker from them using there foot to open the door -subpar job vacuuming the car there was still dirt in car. -I paid for wheel service and I had to go home and take a towel to re-clean my own wheels -kids seats in back looked as if they spent 1 second with vacuum. - the list could go on and on My car is kept very clean, I paid top dollar to have splash touch it up and once again they failed. I know it is convenient if you live on Hope street, but do yourself a favor and drive a little further down the road and try out Camp Ave Car Wash! Much better service for comparative price. My wife recently went to splash as well and had to point out to the workers all the dirt left on the car, they ended up rewashing her car to get it correct. The customer should not have to point by this out to you guys. Why I went to splash again... it is conveniently located on my drive home, I was really hoping they would have fixed these issues. 3rd time I have had this type of service, I will not spend another dollar there and I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

<<< WARNING >>> deceptive, not honest people Price - 2 clear and obvious Signs out front say $8.50 for Hand Wash when you drive down the back to enter, those prices are no where to be found Lowest price in back says 18.99 including vacuum and cleaning windows Ripp off - I asked for outside only, instead of charging 8.50, they charged me 18.99 and then didnt clean windows or vacuum. Windshield Scam - Next a guy comes to windshield with a dirty cloth and tells you he sees some pits in your window and he can fix that up for you for some fee? My car is only few weeks old, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my windshield, in fact he didnt even look at my windshield. He was completely robotic. Quality of Wash - the guys washing the car are great, but just be aware there is no $8.50 price and some guy will ask you if you want your windshield repaired.

I go to Splash Car Wash on Hope Street often. I take very good care of my vehicles and I only want the best if someone else besides myself is going to wash it. I will only go to Splash because they HAND WASH the cars. The water sprayers and dryers are machines, but the actually washing is done by men inside taking the time to be sure the cars are clean. No scratchy bristles there! The manager Jose, is very hands on and is on top of everything making sure everything is running smoothly and that the cars are done to his satisfaction. They have recently added high pressured hoses to blow the water out of areas that would normally drip I would drive away! Its a brilliant idea and it works really well. All the employees there are so friendly and from the moment you arrive you are greeted with a smile.

Avoid this place if you have a good car. My brand new car had numerous scratches after the very first (and only) wash here. I am not talking about swirl marks, these are new scratches after they wiped the car dry because of mud/sand stuck on the clothes used. One of the workers was kind enough to point out that the reason for the scratches is that the color of the car was black! Thanks for the information, how about stop using the same clothes and microfiber gloves on hundreds of cars wise guy? I dont care that they didnt clean the wheel properly and left marks on my windows. For $24 plus tips, what a terrible deal! It breaks my heart that I took my car here, never again. I will have to get my car detailed soon. GO HERE ONLY IF YOU HAVE A 10 year old minivan that you dont care about anymore.

First I must say in the past most of my experience with this particular car wash had been OK. Took my car in yesterday and when I left it was still very dirty wheels werent clean windows still had dirt on them. I complained to the gentleman out side he said he would run it through again but I didnt have time. So I came back the following day for a free rewash. After paying $30.00 for the wash and having it rewashed its still not up to the 30 dollar price tag. Very disappointed. If you are advertising a superior product and dont give superior results. Its not worth the time waiting in line or the effort to drive to this location. I will spend my money at a place that does a better job for 2/3 the price not to far down the road.

I agree with Robert that the wash was not a good experience. I got a full detail wash to get my car interiors and exteriors cleaned and they did such a poor job! The cleaning was done only in visible places - dirt was left on the side below the mats, on the door jams and on the seats. All they had to do was move the seat a bit behind and clean below it! Similarly. I had a box of tissues on my cup holders and they did not move it to clean below it - I got home, noticed it and cleaned it myself! Only item that they cleaned well was the glass and the windows! They are super fast - the entire experience was less than 10 minutes... Overall poor job esp considering their charges!

The after hours wash is a good value. The exterior body get done fairly well, but my windows are worse after the wash. If you want streak free windows, forget it. I keep my windows clean and streak free by using micro fiber cloths to do the cleaning. After leaving the car wash, my windows are smudged and streaked because the the guys that finish off the drying use the same cloths on the windows, after theyve been used on the car bodies, present and previous. After every wash I had to spend time to redo my widows. If I have to do that every time, why pay Splash to smudge up my windows. May as well do the whole thing myself because Im not really saving any time.
