This is by far the worst car wash I have even been to. I brought my car in for a "deluxe wash", first of all it took them no more than 5 minutes to wash my car. I couldnt believe it when they called me and said my car was done. There was still dirt everywhere, they didnt clean the wheels or the side view mirrors. I literally had to grab a rag and some spray from one of the workers and finish cleaning the car myself. All the guy did was just go back inside, they dont care about customer satisfaction. These are the laziest group of workers I have a ever seen.

Bad first impression...Dirt left in splotches on the outside, very streaky windows & it didnt look like they vacuumed at all...lifted the tailgate to see that the back hadnt been touched at all either...$14. for the "wash" & $6. tip...I felt like ripping the tip right out of their hands...Its not like my 9 month old car was all that dirty to begin with...Now I need to have it detailed somewhere else.... get your act together. I wont be back.

Not happy... I got the upgraded package...quickest once over job, left dust all over rear of car, console and inside of doors untouched. Console full of crumbs and spilled coffee. When I tried to ask questions about what my package actually included no one there could understand me or answer my question. Ill go somewhere else now.
