This is by far the biggest joke of a car wash. Besides it being way over priced all they do is spray soap and water and the dry it off with the pressured air. When the car was "done" i ask the guy drying the car if the wheels dont get cleaned he said no only the tires do So only the black part of my tires get cleaned the rubber ????? Really.... So I walked inside and asked the guy about this on the counter he walked out side and pretty much said that dont come off so right in front of him I wiped the black break dust off with my finger and he walked over to one of the guys and asked him to wipe it and still didnt clean it I just spent 30 more mins washing my car my self at my house for a car wash I already paid panache car wash to do. Complete waste of time. If I could give you less then one star I would

I was wary of taking my car to an automated car wash and not a detailing place, and rightfully so. The opened and closed the doors by the windows (I have a convertible, so theres no frames around it) they haphazardly sprayed cleaner all over my interior only wiping half of it off, theres still bugs and other crap all over the front bumper, and when they were done, they left the doors open and walked away, despite me standing 10 feet from the car. I had to go over and ask if they were done. It was absolutely awful, and Im trying to find an e-mail address for their HQ so I can e-mail the pictures to them.

I had my car washed there today around 2:00. Even though my car was not that dirty I opted for their Platinum wash for $21 but what I actually received was more like LEAD. Heavy price, NO VALUE. I guess they forgot the Amour All, Wheel Brite, the extra interior mat cleaning and to even vacuum the back seat area. $21 was inexpensive for the lesson do NOT go back there they do NOT care... Even the cashier Angela Alvez was so irrespective when i did ask for some things.... Very upset!!!!

My new 2016 car got out of the wash with scratches and black dots (paint layer scratched out) all over. I get my car washed here regularly but this never happened before. Only difference this time is that I requested a more expensive service (Gold Glitz) rather than my usual (Silver). Tried calling them to tell them about the problem and hopefully save others the pain but no one picks up.

Was one of the best car washes in the area, YEARS AGO, made the mistake of going back again expecting the original level of service. Apparently Interior/Exterior wash doesnt include all windows, missed my back window entirely, which was the main purpose for my visit, guess you have to be your own wash supervisor to get what you paid for, so a big FU to Pinache Car Wash

I was initially drawn in by the $23 unlimited car wash, but twice now I have had to finish the job when I got home. Also one of the employees was giving me dirty looks. I always tip and treat everyone with respect so I feel that the dirty looks I got are not deserved. Looking for another car wash.

I have been there three times now, and each time has been disappointing. Today I tried the "Platinum" wash, only to be met with a dirty interior when I got the car back. I actually asked for a towel and finished wiping the interior myself in the finishing area. I will never go there again.

Went there and they damaged the interior of the car. The guy "Anthony" called me this morning and was very rude and stated that they were not responsible for the interior, even though his employees damaged it. Beware of your car here. They will damage it and not take responsibility.

I have been going there for years. They always do a thorough job and have always gone above and beyond for me. The owner and his son are extremely outgoing and always when they see me stop to shake my hand and ask about my family. Great guys and great staff!

Its a hit or miss here / The owners son yesterday with a line of cars at 5:50 pm.. waved everyone off and said they were closed ... Those people were waiting.. Hes a complete JERK Ive heard similar stories now I believe it...Oh I think thats Anthony?

Bad service. Waste of money. Tried to ask the guy if he drives stick and he got offended and end up damaging my rim. My car is a $123,000 car. So never again

Outside of car looks great... But Windows look dirtier then before they washed the car. They use same tags to clean wheels as they do to clean the windows

I think this place is pretty good, however, I came in as a last customer and it was dark already. They missed a number of things when cleaning my car.

Terrible attention to detail and when asked to correct their mistakes they would continue to miss dirt that would rub off at the slightest glance.
