Over time I realize this place is a lie. I pay 36 dollars for exterior hot wax,under carriage and triple foam wash with interior clean. They never did exterior hot wax and under carriage and triple foam,basically you will spend your 36 dollar for a exterior and interior clean with wheel brite,thats it. Theres no way you can finish an under carriage wash under 1 min right?And they also lied about hot wax,i ask them for few times if they did wax my car,they said they did it before wash the car,I was like literally WTF

This is a good place to have your car serviced they have and do practically everything for your automobile there they can thoroughly clean your car on the outside and thoroughly shampoo your seats and carpeting on the inside change your oil and filter with some of the best service people I have experienced at a facility of this kind they give care and consideration to their customers and I give them an a rating

Gave it 1 star because there is nothing lower. Called and asked if they could hand wash the outside of my car and she said yes. I waited over 10 minutes on hold for her to just give me an answer. Drove to the place and as soon as I said hand wash the outside the guy said no. Didnt even acknowledge that the lady had said yes

do not go here... 1. told them to do synthetic oil and they put regular, luckily i realized before i left. 2. they put such low psi in my tires that a tire deflated 3. they left the oil cap off.... this is hands down the worst place you can possibly go to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not go here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From my experience, all NYC carwashes are not worth the money you pay for! Since most of us live in areas without access to a hose, were forced to use facilities that do more damage then good! Be nice and youll be treated nice. Walk in with a demanding attitude and youll be treated rudely.

When in doubt go to Bary he will ensure his service is no better than the most professional. I get my special royal purple Svt Raptor oil change filter change and any flush whenever necessary and was never steered wrong. Bary knows his stuff and knows how to run things down there

the staff are really rude，they use their hand to hit on my car and yell at me because i dont move. I just bought my first car, I dont know how to do with car wash,that was my first time wash my car here,really bad experience... never gonna come back.

They try to sell you air filters and engine flushes you dont need when you get your oil changed. I told the tech to just do the oil change and I guess that upset him because there were 2 big tears on the glove compartment box after he was done.

Be warned if they up sell you any service just say no. They up sell me one air filter replace (cost me 350+) and last time I went there they try to upsell me samething again (less than 2 years). This is clearly scamming.

I use to be a customer here and pay 49$ on my Ford Expedition oil change. Today, they charge me 79$ without any different service. Same oil, same car wash almost 40% raised price. Insane for me...

You have to watch them if youre doing an engine flush. You pay for a premium flush and they try to use a cleaning agent instead of the machine to do the flush. They used to be better.
