UPDATE 10/14/16 - Personal Touch Car Wash still not taking responsibility, so I reported them to the BBB. Small claims court will likely be next if they continue to shirk responsibility. I will continue to pursue this matter within the realms of the law of course, until rectified or all viable options have been exhausted. How these people treat their customers is appalling and others should be made aware. ..... UPDATE 10/01/16 - MY RESPONSE TO BUSINESS Your unwillingness to accept responsibility for the damages sustained to my vehicle at your car wash is disappointing. My initial review clearly identifies the flaws in your reasoning. Regardless of the number of car washes performed at your car wash that did not cause vehicle damage, my car was in fact damaged. Whether it was a rock caught in the spinning cloth that caused the damage, the wheel washer accidentally hitting the quarter panel with his wash broom, or any number of other ways in which a vehicle can sustain damage at a car wash, I have no doubt that Personal Touch Express Car wash is responsible for the damages to my new truck. I will diligently continue in my efforts to right this wrong through the appropriate consumer protection and online channels. Ten plus years we have been loyal customers to your car wash and the one time we experience an issue, this is how you choose to handle it? Wow! ......... Let me start by saying that my family and I have been customers of Personal Touch Car Wash for over ten years and have never made any allegations against them. We have been reasonably satisfied customers with very little to complain about over the years. I have a brand new truck that I had washed at Personal Touch Express Car Wash on 9/17/16. The truck came out of the wash with a 2+ inch gouge on the quarter panel that it did not have when it entered the wash. While it is virtually impossible to pinpoint with 100% certainty what precisely caused the damage within the car wash, I have no doubt that the damage occurred during the wash cycle, as I had inspected the truck literally minutes before entering the wash. The estimate to repair the truck is over $500! I wouldnt be writing this review if the powers that be at the car wash took responsibility for the damage, but that was not the case. I showed the damage to one of the supposed partners/owners and he suggested I run the car through the wash again! His suggestion baffled me so I asked him to clarify why I might rewash the vehicle. He explained that if the damage came from his car wash, then it would happen again when I ran it through a second time! He also suggested that because there was damage on the quarter panel, there must also be damage down the entire side of the truck, if the damage did in fact occur at his car wash. I made multiple attempts to convince him that his explanations were not reasonable and that it was entirely plausible the damage was caused by his car wash, but he continued on with denials and illogical explanations. I finally asked him if he was going to assume responsibility for the damages, to which he responded no. It doesnt take an expert, merely common sense, to know that there are many ways in which a car wash can damage a vehicle. However, I happen to have related automotive refinish industry experience and am absolutely certain that a car wash, including Personal Touch, is capable of inflicting the damage my vehicle sustained at Personal Touch Express Car Wash. The damage to my new truck is not nearly as disappointing as the unprofessional manner in which I was treated after reporting the incident to management. They not only lost me as a customer, but my entire family as well. It is not cost effective to take legal action against Personal Touch Car Wash, but I will continue to post online reviews and report them to the appropriate agencies. If they decide to reimburse me for the damages, I will try to update this review.

Purchased two upgrades on July 31. Promised a free month. Instead I get charged for the upgrade of the one wash then the account got cancelled. Owner on vacation. Paid for another month on one car, but not doing it on my other one until I speak to owner on getting a refund. No manager to speak to tonight. Why can you not have questions answered with a receipt available? Oh because I was only able to speak to a part time employee. Called left a message. Called the location and no one answered there either. Guess no manager again. Edit: Got a call back and refunded money. They do work to make it right with errors. Sorry it took so long to update rating.

Huge sign by all self serve car wash bays says maximum credit card charge is $30.00. They tried to charge me $51.00 today. I am in the process of disputing this charge. Terrible service. Horrible car wash, had no soap halfway through my wash. Took 4 days for them to process through the charge on my debit card and now its for the wrong amount. Only thing decent about the "new" facility is their vacuums, and even those are sub-par at best!

Not good. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a complete detailing and after dropping off my car, 2hrs later, I got a call saying they could not do the work. I guess they must be doing very well, so they probably dont need my business... no worries they will not get my business....

Nice place. I use the moneth wash option and normally it works great. A few times the machine is confused and thinks I did pay or something. My car looks great and clean now most of the time.
