This is the WORST car wash in the entire universe. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They have no RESPECT for customers. I have come to this car wash a couple of times in the past. Each time they NEVER vaccum my car properly. They ALWAYS leave the corners of the car carpet dirty. I tolerated it the first few times but since I need my car cleaned properly, I told them to vaccum it again. At one point i was told that that is all they can do. So I went back and asked them to vaccum it again. They did the same thing the next time I came to get my car washed here : They left the dirt in the corners of my car!!! I even stood there and pointed at the dirt on the corners while they were vaccuming and to that the guy at the vaccum said , " Do not stand outside here. Go inside the shop". I asked to speak to the manager. Then when my car came out of the car wash , a picture of My God Laxmi was missing!! I was ofcourse HORRIFIED and deeply offended. That picture carried religious sentiments for me. The manager who was on duty at that time calmed me down and told me that he would look for it later. This is what happened last time. So, today I went back there to see if he had found my Goddess Laxmis picture that they vaccumed!! When I arrived at the car wash the vaccum guys said to me , " We cannot wash your car". I asked , "Why?" and he said that the Manager said so. I went inside the shop and asked to speak to the Manager again. The Manager who spoke to me earlier was there and said that their Manager "Amir Konin" was not present and would arrive at 4 pm. They then handed me Amirs card . I then phoned the Manager " Amir Konin" and asked him why as a customer I was being punished for fault of their own!! First of all they dont vaccum the car properly and most importantly they lost my Goddess Laxmis picture which has religious sentimental value for me!! Instead of correcting their own vaccum job the Manager "Amir Konin" said to me that since I had a problem with their vaccum job, they will not wash my car any more!! This is the respect they give to their customers!!! I told him that they could charge me more money if they wanted but this kind of behaviour and disrepectful treatment of the customers is intolerable!!! I want all customers out there to know that this place does not respect customers at all. This is not about the money. They dont vaccum the car properly and if you tell them to correct themselves they refuse to wash your car!! I have never been turned away from any business in my entire life!! I am also a business Entrepreneur and before any amount of money in business, I always put respect for customers FIRST. It is a SHAME that these people are running a business which has no RESPECT for customers. I told him that he could charge me more money but I needed a good cleaning job done but I was so disgusted with the BEHAVIOR of these people that I left. To anyone who is looking for a Car Wash : Stay away from this place!! You can even send me a message and I will personally pay you to get your car washed from elsewhere. There are MANY other car washes on northern blvd down the road which will wash your car for a much cheaper prize and do a much better cleaning job than this place too!! There is one at little neck and a couple in great neck just a few miles away down on northern blvd. Go to a place where you are treated RESPECTFULLY. It is not about the money . It is how you treat customers first that matters in any business. I am considering contacting my lawyer to file a case against this car wash for mistreating me right now. I am a well respected citizen of this community and nobody gets away by mistreating me like this. Please stay away from this car wash. And most importantly they lost my Goddess Laxmis picture. No amount of money can cover the disrespect and emotional sentimental hurt I got from this place. Whoever is looking for a carwash out there just email me and I will pay to get your car washed elsewhere but STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH.

Unethical practice of vaccine staff. If you pay not only for the highest grade wash but are a repeat package customer you would feel that might mean : 1) at the very least the job you paid for Would be completed ( i.e. Not blow around the dust but also vacuumed, wash all matts not just drivers etc.) 2) you would also feel that as you watch to see what the process is that you continually have to check what happened at the end... they would not brush you off and lie to your face. The manager after talking to the owner brought the car back to be vacuumed they washed all Marta barely vacuumed the side door pockets and sticking of leather seats. Then half apologized With a snarky was it satisfactory to my standards? If a half job of not what was paid for is the premium quality then yes my standards are different and not met. However the luring to my face as I stood and watched was the part that made me write my first ever poor review. Yo me poor service can be improved, however a lack of ethics as a standard is something I feel others should be warned of so it doesnt happen to you. Everyone works hard and when paying for a service honest fulfillment should be the minimum requirement.

I dont know about the integrity of some of these reviews. Visited today after work and maybe it was a bad day or just my poor luck, or the fact that "its a minivan and thats just happens" as the manager walking by explained to me...and walked away, but when I pay for a (silver) service which includes vacuuming the interior of my vehicle, i normally expect that it will be vacuumed. But a cursory inspection of my back seat/trunk revealed it had totally been neglected. one star because the car went through the machine and nothing broke off my car, thankfully. But there was no attention to any kind of detail that i could see and I left very disappointed. Maybe there is a reason why all the surrounding car washes are only open until 6pm and this one is open until 7pm. But ill be sure to recommend to my family and friends to avoid this car wash and I can suggest everyone else does the same.

Amazing facility. Clean and new. Gold wash was 19 bucks and included all the ins and outs you could want. Theres a platinum too for the hardcore car washers. Bathrooms and shop was very nice. The ship had lots of great snacks and drinks. The waiting area was awesome. Comfy seating. HD TV and an HD camera facing the driveway so you can watch the team working on the hand drying. The automatic wash equipment detected extra attachments on my vehicle and kept the wash arms clear of it. Team did a good job post automatic wash. The hand drying and tire shine was great. They paid attention to all the little details.
