I took my truck to this location today to get it detailed. They told me they were going to buff out the truck to get out any scratches. When I showed up they told me that they had compounded it. I asked why the scratches were not removed and they said they could not get them out. I asked if they buffed it and they said no they compounded it. In turn they did not do the job they told me they were going to do and I didnt want to pay that portion of the service. The manager Mike told me if I did not pay for it I could not have my truck back. I also found out that they broke the grill and did not clean the jams on the tailgate. When I complained they said they were really busy today and did not have the time to devote to it. Be careful when you go here because they do not do what they say they are going to do and then threaten that you cant have your vehicle back. All of this for twenty dollars. They told me it would take five hours and it took eight and I wanted to get out of there because I was not happy. Again they said they were very busy and did not have the time.

Yesterday I paid $65 for a detailing for my van. When they were finished with it, I checked it to be sure I was satisfied. Well, I wasnt. The windows were hastily done and were so bad that I redid them when I went home. I told the manager that there were still bugs on the car. He redid some places but still did not get them all off. When I commented on that fact, he said that, if left on too long, they get embedded in the paint!! So I went home, mostly dissatisfied. My husband then took his product for getting bugs off a car and tried his hand at it. Lo, and behold!! There were no bugs on my car. The one thing they did do well was vacuum the car. Spotless. To add insult to injury, I tipped these people $10!!!!!! before I checked the car. Never again will I go there for detailing work. Theres got to be a place that takes pride in their work. This is NOT one of them. (Incidentally it took 3 hours for them to do all this poor work!)

Ive been using the laundry wash & fold service for several years and each time I get my laundered clothes back, I find hairs in every single article of clothing. Usually, I just pull the hairs out and leave it at that. However, yesterday when I picked up my laundered clothes, there were so many (and Im talking at least 30 hairs on 1 single article of clothing) that I swear, I will never, ever bring my clothes there again. Id much rather wear soiled clothing than to have to spend 30 minutes removing hairs on so-called laundered clothes. There is absolutely no chance in hell that whoever folded my clothes didnt see those hairs! Im done with this place. Anyone bringing their clothes to this location to have it washed & folded should rethink that decision unless you like spending your time pulling out hairs. Im disgusted! What a waste of money!

Got an interior detail on my car, they did a terrible job. They basically vacuumed and wiped the windows, but they did a crappy job with the carpet and seat shampooing. I know they shampooed it, but it was done very carelessly and the light stains in the carpet and seats were not removed AT ALL. It didnt look like a car should after a detail. I wasnt even surprised, as I watched the lady balance cleaning my car and tend to customers at the counter at the same time. If you want your car detailed, use Shine in Hopewell- theyre the best place around. Foam and wash car wash, though, is a great place for a regular exterior wash.

This place is constantly improving and we have watched it expand for nearly a decade. While Im a bit sad that their detailing center is gone, I understand the appeal of the touch free wash. The latest enhancements, the automated order system is very intuitive and user friendly. The staff at the car wash and the laundry are fantastic and highly professional. The charity events and coupon book deals are a nice touch, too. I cannot recommend Foam and Wash enough as they are far and away the best business of their class in the area.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a full service car wash. It took 5 minutes for someone to direct me where to go. Overpriced, when paying for a $40 interior clean, you dont even get a complimentary exterior wash. This is the only place I have ever been to that does that. It also took them 10 minutes to dry my car.

ANY TIME I HAVE ISSUES CSR AT WAPPINGERS ARE VERY HELPFUL. HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH WASH CENTERS. HAD MY TRUCKS INTERIOR BAGE COLOR SHAMPOO AFTER WINTER AND I WAS SCHOCKED WITH EXCELLENT WORK DONE. IF YOU COMPLAINT THE PRO LEM IS WITHIN YOU.

Used the touch-less car wash. Gate never opened for drying portion. Had to manually open the gate myself after waiting for an employee. When I informed an employee about the issue there was no concern for drying my car or resolving the issue.

They dont do the inside of your car.. You have to pay them to get the materials and do it yourself. They dont even dry your car when it comes out of the wash but you can buy towels from them and do it yourself. Im going back to brooklyn

Great place to get your car washed. In and out within 5 min. Also just opened is the pet wash !!!! Vacumes , hot wax service with dry and shine. Dont like to go thru the automatic . You can hand wash there too.
