I am very disappointed with the deceptive , make that FRAUDULENT advertising and signage!! I pulled in for a $9.95 exterior wash this afternoon. As I sat in line reviewing the menu board I decided to upgrade to "The Works" for $16.95. When it was my turn, the attendant tells me the price is $17.95. I argued with him, and pointed to the sign he was standing right in front of that clearly said $16.95. He insists on 17.95. There was no way to change my mind (the alternate exit, without going through the car wash, was blocked by a trailer) I paid even though I felt I was being ripped off by a well executed scam. Mt. Maya will gain $1.00, but loose a customer. They are NOT the only choice around.

I stopped in one day to get my oil changed. The owner came over and introduced him self and I saw how much work went into the place since the last time I was there. I was blown away by the place. The oil tech was very knowledgeable I was in and out in 20 min. also got a free full service car wash. If any of you went there in the past I am sure you will also feel the same. I would recommend Fast Lane to all of you and I will be a customer for life.

Im a bit baffled with some of the negative reviews. The quality of work and excellent customer service is all I can witness to. The owner personally made sure my vehicle was taken care of. I even had a problem a couple days later with the repair and he took it right back in and fixed it for free. I have nothing but positive things to say and will recommend this place to everyone.

I called INS - Carwash will be hiring soon! Im tired of paying 12 bucks for a carwash with undocumented workers... time to pay taxes so I dont have to pay 10 grand for a quarter acre and send my kids to school in over crowded class rooms because most of brewster doesnt pay taxes. Tired of the sanctuary town we have here. Im calling INS every day until they show up.

Went in for a oil change and found out from. My mechanic that they pushed my oil baffle in the engine and it blew a hole in my catalytic converter. Almost blew up my motor. I go to speak to there owner and Im accused of a scamming them and that they didnt do it. They spoke to my mechanic like he is an idiot, off to small claims court. If I could give 0/5 I would

Dont go here if you expect to get a fair inspection. They failed my vehicle on four issues. I called them on one issue right away. Very unprofessional response. I took it somewhere else the next morning and it passed with no issues (all I did was put gas in the car). They should have their inspection privelages revoked.

Owner yells at people who call to complain. Unprofessional service, unprofessional customer relations, and lack of priorities for returning and loyal customers. Safe to say I will be taking my loyalty elsewhere, and recommend you do too.

Terrible service and rude staff. Came here for inspection. Got the run around twice for my reinspection where they kept telling me to come back another time. Shady staff more concerned with ripping people off than doing their jobs
