Let me start off by saying this place was great when they first opened up. They were a true hand wash with the fantastic benefit of having a conveyor rather than a track system. Since their inception, I have brought my CL600 Brabus, E55 AMG, Escalade ESV, CTS, SRX and a few other cars over this time period. I have noticed that they started using brushes rather than just the soft mitts as well as pressure spray. Ive seen the guys brush the wheels and then brush the paint. I also seen then put the brushes on the floor, ON THE DIRTY FLOOR, between cars being scrubbed and then brushed back onto the next cars paint. They use the same basin to resoak their brushes which means they are using filthy, contaminated water to clean your car. It doesnt stop there. Over the past year, I noticed they started hiring random people to do the finishing. This is where you sit and wait 30 minutes or more at times to have them vacuum, clean and wipe your interior. These workers take absolutely no pride in their work nor do they even appreciate the fact that customers pay a high premium to wash their cars there rather than the average car washes. I recently had purchased my CTS and it received a professional detail and paint correction and was shipped here from Texas. When it arrived, it was flawless and had a swirl free mirror finish. After purchasing the unlimited monthly VIP package for almost $100 a month, the washes began to keep putting swirls and scratches back on. It got to the point that i told them to not use the brush on the paint. Still I would find new scratches because the guys washing the cars with the mitts would scrub the bottoms and them scrub the top which brings rocks and stones into the mitts and then are being dragged all over the paint. The same happened to my once flawless Escalade. I canceled the monthly packages on both cars and have a professional detailed come to my house and do a proper hand wash on them weekly. Id rather pay $25 a wash week for a single professional wash and have it done right than $100 for unlimited crap washes monthly. This place is a joke. As usual, another once excellent business has gone down the drain because they prefer maximizing profits and not giving a damn about the quality of service they SHOULD provide for the premium price. Word of advice: Youre better off going to a regular mechanical wash than a hand wash like this place because the constant running water on the mechanical brushes rinses the debris off too the ground giving you less of a chance of scratches and scuffs. If you actually care about the condition of your car and paint, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. They can make the place look as fancy as they want but the quality is horrific if youre meticulous about having your car looking flawless.

Where do i start ?? I was recommend this place by my friends because of conveyer belt, but service quality is down hill not to mention im a (VIP Customer): washers mittens are super dirty and dont even wipe the car completly (Fender lines, Roof always left unwashed) also I always advise no brush, now the car finally exits the bay, to be dried off (10-15 wait) on whos going to finish the car, finally a hispanic male and a hispanic female (Maria) arrive and begin their duties 20-30mins pass by they call me, i begin my inspection: problem #1 my entire front looks like it never saw soap, #2 not only do i find large dirty spots over the doors, windows, roof, side skirts, quarter panels, fender lines and the wheels where never cleaned from brake dust smh. #3 Now when im ready to make a complaint another employee noticed all the spots, he asked Mrs Maria for the rag she used and he began to re-wipe the entire car, he then calls Maria and explains to her she needs to make sure all cars are completly clean before they leave and this was her response in spanish "El no me va a dar nada" and walked away that really made my blood boil not knowing im also hispanic and understood every word they said, the guy continued wiping the car and again told her regardless if u get tip or not you have to do a good job, she just blew him off, i kept my comments to myself because hell would of broke lose, all i did was get in my car and drove off. I will tell you this much Ultra Sonic fix your customer service and train your employees not to be complete assholes i do drive far for washes and pay VIP + tips i dont not deserve this treatment. This is not just today its always very sloppy... Ya lost another customer

Went on a relatively busy day to have my car wash, and it was a complete and utter disaster. First, they completely neglected to wash the roof with the brush. The car then sat for over 20 minutes before anyone even touched it, I could see the dirt and pollen still on the roof of my car, thats how poorly it was washed. Keeping in mind my car is less than two months old, it shouldnt be that hard to clean. After speaking with the manager and explaining that having someone just wipe it down now would only scratch the paint, he said they would wash it again. Instead they sent someone over with a sponge which was at best damp. The attendant quickly "washed" the roof, he was in an obvious rush, leaving behind lots of spots, but only washed the roof and didnt finish the car. Then finally someone else came to finish cleaning the car which at this point was already dry and water spots were left all over the place, the interior was barely cleaned and streaks were left all over the glass from the second attendant rushing to get it done. My wife and I tried to get our money back but the employee with the shirt that said "Manager" said hes not really a manager and to come back another day when the real manager was there. So I did, and they wouldnt refund me, they offered to wash the car again free of charge. Another 40 minutes of my time wasted only to have the car look at dirty as it did after the first wash. And to add insult to injury the same attendant who cleaned my wheels was doing the interior and stained my interior with his dirty hands. Never again will I be going there. Not worth the price or the time, I would rather just wash it myself.

I started coming to this place when they just opened, the owner Eric and his wife use to be here alot. I do not see them at all anymore. Over the past year or so i noticed that the quality of the wash becoming very poor. But i still came every week. Until 3 weeks ago, my car came out the wash and was still dirty. I informed the so called manager Omar (the guy that drives your car to start getting dried off) that my car is still dirty and i told the guy at the beginning of the line to use the brush and he didnt . ( if the guy with the long hair was there i would not of have this issue) this manager Omar started arguing with me getting very nasty and in my face, i asked if there was another manager, he said go see the girl at the register. She came out, said he was the manager. So fine i left i wasnt going to get into a fight over a $30 car wash. I did leave my name and phone # and asked to have the owner call me because now im no longer upset about the terrible car wash im more pissed off that Omar who does not know me from a hole in the wall thinks he can get in my face (remember that little thing called costumer service?) any how 3 weeks later no call from the owner, that just shows they no longer care about the costumers and the type of service they provide to the neighborhood. I will take my business elsewhere and encourage everyone in the car club i belong to,to do the same.
