Absolutely horrible service. I have used this car wash in the past they have done a good job detailing my car. When I went in to get the same job I have gotten done in the past, they told me because of the line it was going to take 2&1/2 hours to complete. When I said I couldnt do that because I had work, the manager had one of his guys take me to work and assured me that they would drive the car the two miles down the road where I worked. He wrote it up, we shook hands, and his worker drove me to my place of work. Before I left I paid for the service and was assured that I my car would be dropped off at my place of work by 3:30. When 3:30 rolled around I called. They assured me that it would be in the parking lot no later than 5:00. When 5:30 rolled around, I called again. They said hey were about to leave. When 5:45 rolled around I called them again and the place was closed. They never delivered my car and when I got a ride back to the place, my car was no where in sight. I have never been so mistreated by a business in my life. I had no way of getting home from work and had to sleep in my office only to take a cab back to the car wash in the morning. I caused a scene in the main lobby because they refused to let me speak to a manager and eventually they threatened to call the police. I eventually got a discount but had to miss two very important meetings because this company could not pick up the phone and let me know what was going on with my car. I will never be returning here for any type of service and I suggest you never go here either. You would be better off just buying a garden hose and washing your car yourself. I also contacted the better business Bureau about their awful,unprofessional practices.

I spent $34.99 for the interior of my car to be cleaned, then another $10.99 to have the exterior cleaned. I waited quite a while, but I figured since I paid so much just for the interior, they must be doing a thorough job. Well that was not the case. The vacuum job was not so great, it looked like they didnt take the mats out to vacuum, the seats had more debris on them coming out than they did going in. When I said something to the group of 6 employees watching me leave about the seats, the cashier woman came up and said vacuuming the seats costs extra. I also pointed out to her that there were spray marks on the dash which leave permanent marks if you park in the sun. I buffed these out myself with napkins while 2 employees stood next to my car watching me. When I was done with my dashboard, I said well that was a lot of money for a bad job, and the cashier woman said Yes, and walked away. This was my first expierence at this establishment. And unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. Ive gotten more for less out of car washes, even living in the Hamptons.

I had my car detailed i paid $133 and I got it back 5 hours later with white paste smeared on the doors, french fries, bottle caps still on the floor and what seemed like gravel from the street as if they kicked there boots in the inside, I also had coffee drops still on the leather seats its easily removed but they still neglected to clean it. I went to complain and the guy tells me "so what you had one fry inside"...? I paid over a hundred dollars for the inside alone I shouldnt have to remove anything in my car. Overall I wasnt to pleased considering how expensive it was they had my car the whole afternoon and the job wasnt done to my expectations and the big guys customer service was the WORST I still had to touch up there lousy job, if you want your car detailed take it somewhere else

$16 for a basic car wash. I didnt even have them vacuum inside. Just wash outside and undercarriage. I will now have to go to Value Village to buy a bucket and rinse car off myself. I will also try other car wash down the road, on the same side of the road with Acme Plaza. Havent been there yet.

Went to Splash for second time. Carlos was as friendly this time as last. And he explained how he could safely remove tar from my car. I dig the store. Card selection is awesome...bought four - didnt need any!!! Wow 15 minutes later car is finished and looking great!

Overpriced, poor wash, I was recommended an upgraded service 9.99 to 12.99 which was basically a way for them to charge more without giving a you a towel dry. Although the car was still too dirty to towel dry anyway... disappointed

First time at splash heard great things. I got the express polish and super interior took about 45 mins but came out amazing. Im big on cleaning my car this place is a great job will definitely be returning and going to join the club

You have to be kidding. This is the worst car wash I be ever experienced. One line where you have to wait until the car in front of you get the service they want and no way out if you just cant stand waiting anymore.

Had my crossover detailed here 2 days ago. My car looks like new. They were able to remove all my winter stains from the carpeting, and my custom mats are so clean, I slide in when entering my car!

$15 for a hand car wash and missed almost a quarter of the truck, didnt realize it till I got home. Went there again and they did an awesome job both inside and out
