This is one of the worst car wash I have ever had @ Magee ave, stamord. There is no one to take the responsibility. They didnt do the vacuum even after I have chosen the package for vacuum. Outside of my car is as good as before wash. Even after asking them to clean my car properly, there was no response from the staff. I requested the manager to do cleanup the interior. He just gave some touchups for my car and left. I do not want to go there again. In worst case, I would prefer to cleanup my car with a wet cloth. I did not ready the reviews before going there. Otherwise I could have done this car wash somewhere else. I didnt have choice except 1 since there is no -ve rating facility for this. Otherwise I could have chosen between -10 to -20.

DO NOT bring your car here if you care about it! Brought my brand new Ford Mustang GT, not a scratch or dent or ding on it, to the Classic 3D Car Wash on Magee in Stamford, and it came out with 3 large, parallel scratches that wrap around the bumber. I know for a fact they were caused by this car wash and when I launched my complaint I was literally yelled at and told to get lost. The fact that they were so immediately defensive about it signals to me it probably happens a lot here. Very upset with this establishment and will never bring my car back despite living withing a mile from it. AVOID this place or end up in a repair shop like me.

I read negative reviews online I still gave it a shot. My car came out with a few more scratches then it had. The interior cleaning was awful. The guys working there didnt clean I think I still had marks all over. I grabbed a towel myself and had to clean the car interior myself. The workers just watched me and did not help. I told I had service guy that this is not customer service and he walked off. Do not go to this place cheaper doesnt mean better go to a place where youll spend 5 to 10 dollars more and have a good car wash and interior cleaning.

I love getting my car washed here at 3D! I am always received well by the great customer service and the employees are always willing and able to answer my questions about my car. The details and buff and shines that I get here are always done exceptionally well. Plus, the convenient store/center is the best - it has everything I need from air freshners to waxes and polishes. Cheers to a place well run!

Dont let the crumbling facade fool you. This pace does an amazing job. You might have to wait more than 20 minutes for your car to be cleaned but when you get inside, youll be amazed. The guys here prove the rule that quality work takes time. I was blown away by how great my car looked after I got it washed here. And it was all done in 3D and I didnt even have to wear special glasses.

These guys move with ease and most importantly get your car clean. No waiting on line in the street. Its nice not to have to joust with idiots. Pretty cool they have a massage chair and video games among other accessories for sale in the shop, where you can watch your car go through the conveyor. No attitudes. Friendly, fast service with a smile.

Once you get over the fact that a car wash today can set you back $20-25 or more Classic 3 D is a real bargain, get the Super Wash for $17.99 The service is great and the guys who wash and dry the car have been there for years. They do a great job, are very friendly and more than willing to come back with a towel should you find a wet spot.

I received a free car wash from a local auto body shop. If I had to pay for the inside/outside package, I would have requested a refund. I had to vacuum and dust inside my car after I got home. Theres nothing "classic or detailed" about this car wash.

Definitely sticking with the times around here. Service people are nice. My car came out looking great but service was slow. 40 min for a wash and wax. Facilities are also so old the wooden arches are dry rotting.

Good job washing my car and great price, except that my right front fog light sheild got ripped off and I have called three times to try to retrieve the piece and have not heard back.

Good value for a good cleaning but they gave away my floor mats to another car. They replaced them but the color doesnt exactly match as before.

SUV surcharge?! Pricey and pathetic!.... machines are old and people are apathetic. My car wasnt vacuumed or dried properly.
