Each time I go to the Purple Parlor Car Wash, I receive wonderful service. I had my car detailed by Rich, and I swear my car looked like a brand new car! Ive gone to other car washes and the cost of the detailing is always over $100 ... not here! Its reasonably priced for the amazing service. Thank you Purple Parlor! One disclaimer - sometimes the automatic washes give a small problem, but the owner is quick to help with a free wash! Excellent customer service!

Great service in the past. But last Friday night, I put an eight bucks for a basic wash and got nothing but the undercarriage. Phone number only gets a fax line. I want and expect a do-over!

Tried to used the automatic car wash paid drove in and nothing happened.... plus when you call the number no answer.... so I lost 10 dollars.... and my car didnt even get clean....

The place is very clean up-to-date with the using cash or debit card or credit card and I like the fact that they always put something uplifting outside on their billboard

I bought the most expensive wash, car came out with spots all over it, bird shit still on roof and the dryer stopped when it said i still had 20 seconds left
