UPDATE: After leaving my review, a staff member responded with the note below to get in touch with them. However, after emailing Daina, I have yet to hear back. I went to Russell Speeders Car Wash of Stamford and am much happier there. $4.50 express wash + $50 interior detailing. Well worth it and still cheaper than Splash. _____________________________________________________________________ I used to think highly of this place but its sucks. Prices do not align with quality of output. Additionally, small cars vs big cars pay the same price for the same service. I have a tiny Fiat and father has a Suburban. We both pay $40 each for the "The Works". During most recent visit, the nice guy at check-in noticed my dusty dashboard and suggested I get the "Superior Interior." I agreed to the upgrade. This was supposed to include: -Thorough Cleaning of Interior Areas Using Air Tools -Dash & Center Console Cleaned and Dressed -Carpets and Mats Vacuumed But take a look at the pictures when I got in my car. Dust and crumbs still remained in the cup holders and on mats/navigation screen.

On the way to a wedding in New York City on Saturday my daughter suddenly became car sick and threw up. In desperation I got off 95 and headed to the Splash Car Wash in Greenwich on Putnam Avenue. As a Splash regular, my first thought was "I have to get to Splash ASAP!" I pulled in and explained my desperation, offering to pay anything if they would just hose off my plastic floor mat (another shout out to Weathertech floor mats, worth every penny!) and help me clean up my daughter and the seat. The guys were super helpful, giving me towels to clean off my daughter, hosing down the mat and cleaning the seat for me. I was in too much of a rush to even get a car wash, They even refused to charge me. I tipped them (not enough, Im sure, but all the fives in my wallet) and we were back on 95 headed to the wedding in a short time. It was a life saver! They always do a great job, which is why I was already a Splash regular. Thank you Splash Greenwich.

Was in the neighborhood and stopped by this Splash for a wash. Pulled in and it looked very busy with cars all over the property. Was a bit apprehensive at first but was assured by the person greeting me that service would still be quick. And he was right! After choosing one of their best washes, I exited my car and watched their team vacuum my whole car. I then entered their store which has a very impressive amount of offerings. I liked playing with the squirt guns (brings out the kid in me). I paid at the registered and my rewards from the others times I was at Splash was printed on my receipt. I was going to sit in the arboretum waiting area but my car was already exiting the tunnel. My car was towel dried and windows cleaned thoroughly. Job done quickly as promised even on a busy looking day. I’m very impressed. Thanks!

I came yesterday maybe around 3 or 4. I asked the guy to give me a good idea at the entrance around $100. Because I haven’t been able to wash my car in a while so I wanted to spend the extra money because I heard splash did a good job with detailing. Well sorry to say I spent $108.45 for a bad job. I got the express polish, super interior and I got something with wax for the outside. I had spots on my car after when got to my house. There was still dirt on the car and what I saw was it was waxed onto with the machine and not properly wash which also left a dull shine to it .and I found some new scratches on my grill. To me it seemed like everything was rushed and nothing was really detailed about it. Here are some pictures on what I mean. I took them today. I’m sorry but I don’t think I will be returning.

This place is awful. Over the past year I have had unlimited plans for their express and their hand wash and have been extremely didsapointed with each. In both washes, they dont fully dry your car and you will often leave with soap spots. Even worse, in the hand wash (which is 55$ a month) unless I personally open my trunk, they wont vacuum it at all in the beginning and at the end they dont open it to make sure they get the soap and water than falls between. It is worth the drive up to Stamford to avoid the Greenwich location.

You usually pay anywhere from $15-30 for your car wash. Your car comes out perfectly clean hit or miss. The problem here is that there isnt much attention to detail. Odd parts of the car such as under the door handles or the back bumper stay dusty and dirty while the rest gets cleaned. If you order an interior cleaning, oftentimes there is still dust and grime left over. Oftentimes, I will have to clean what they have missed or rushed through.

I have always gone to the splash in Stamford on hope street because it is closer to my house and more convenient for me, but I have recently became a regular at this location in Greenwich even though it is out of my way because I love the way they clean my car. Every one there is great, but 1 of the supervisors is especially great , hard working and so kind and goes the extra mile to make sure me and my wife are happy. Great Car wash.

BE AWARE, as your car is entering the tunnel, they will have guys brush your car using long, hard brushes recklessly. Those are the type of brushes you would use to clean bathroom tiles... As a result there were scratches all over my car, on bumper, side panels, and doors. That procedure is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional for a car washing business. One wash there could ruin your cars appearence forever. Just be careful.

We love the monthly service plan, we get the cars hand washed and its great. Must say great job and they actually use window spray not like other car washes that use damp towel and that clearly doesnt work. Luckily Ive never had to cleaned my own glass thanks to their great service. If they get it wrong they simply put it thru the system again and make it right. Thats the right way of doing business.

Usually do a good job but have noticed the past few times that the interior cleaning isnt getting done as well as it should for the price. The past few times Ive had to personally clean some areas that were left dusty, etc. and also clean some of the streaks left behind. Overall a great place, just wish a few more things were paid attention to. Friendly staff.

Very poorly run and extremely expensive. I am literally waiting in line, only 4 cars deep, but because they cant maintain their equipment, only 1 car is allowed in the car wash at a time. Unfortunately, Splash seems to be allowed to have a monopoly in the area, so no wonder why they are terrible at their job.

Not only did they wash the car by hand, it was immacutlate and when it was done the manager approached me and handed me a watch that they found under the seat when vacuuming. I thought this watch was long gone weeks ago! Thanks Splash. Ill never go anywhere else!
