Im sorry to give 1 star because there is no option for no star. When i go there, I got a full service wash and after wash they are not even dry half of the truck. ( they are dry half of the truck where I looks from the waiting area). And guy said its finish. It just take the 3 mins. And when I go there I said there half of the truck get dry itself and looks very bad because truck is a black, and the truck has a still bird sh...t on windshield. Manager come and he told me I need detail job to take out water spots and its gonna cost me $140 or something like that. ( the truck is a brand new) finally when i go inside the truck I figured out they not even clean dashboard. Totally disappointed. I went another car wash and get exterior wash for couple $ to clean water spots again. Now car looks great.

I brought my car for a quick exterior wash for the first time. This wash utilizes the automatic scrubbers and brushes. When my car came out of the wash, there were extremely large scratches on the passenger-side rear door. The scratches were deep enough to dent the door and expose the metal underneath. When I notified the wash that this occurred, they called the owner over who is an extremely large, rude, and boisterous man who has trouble breathing while talking. He repeatedly denied responsibility and claimed that it had to have been caused by a crash. I will never do business here again.

First time was the last time! I do not need an attitude from the guy washing my truck and he almost crashed it into the car in front of me! He drove like crazy towards the car, total wacko. I dont know why he was in a rush, there werent many cars there. He was really old, so maybe he just couldnt see, lol. Goodbye Big M. I like my truck more than I like your cheap car wash. The wash was fast and decent, it is an automated wash, but they towel dry it and you tip the guys, altogether it was around $10.00... but I really dont think its worth it, all in all.

My mother just spent her last 2 hours here as their employees tried to find the key fob they lost. The owner offered her $100 cash to make up for it. After hours of employees searching the car and their garbages the key magically shows up in a garbage that was checked multiple times. Before this experience I had been there a few times and they had done an OK job at best. I would definitely not recommend going to this car wash as there is something shady going on there.

I just brought a used car and took it to Big M Car Wash. The car was laid up for two years, after bringing it to this car wash the car looked brand new I didnt recognize it when it came out. I had the car detailed this was the best thing I could have done. The service was great. I will gladly bring my car back every time it needs to be cleaned.

Really bad place to get your car cleaned. Snotty workers who dont care that youre a paying customer. Car doesnt even look clean afterward. Definitely DO NOT go here.

took more than the advertised 10 minutes because they were busy, but car came out clean, unfortunately the waterspots were not wiped away.

Leaves scratches on car like other reviews say. While side of car was still dirty. Rims were still dirty. Do not recommend.

Car not cleaned, bad service, scratches on the side. Avoid "Big M" at all costs...go to Westbury Car Wash down the road.
