Reviews here describe work they want done that would be considered detailing to any auto place. If you want to have every inch of your car back to brand new, pay for that. Dont get the basic wash and expect them to do an hours worth of work. If you have a problem, you let the cashier know inside and they will either get the owner or solve it for you. Every business has employees who do a poor job or dont care, and the owners here are constantly hiring new people to give the best service possible. To reply to other reviews: -Pets are not allowed in the store, but are allowed to be on the outside property. However if youre waiting for your car and your dog is standing on the vacuum tubes and cables, their nails can damage it. -There are no "guide rails" in the car wash that could scratch the rims of your car. That being said, every business has customers come in and try to bargain, get something for free, claim their car was damaged from the place when it couldve happened before, etc. In a local business especially, people try to take full advantage of that. Rainbow Car Wash is a community-friendly, modern, family run business that gives employees of all ages and backgrounds a shot at a job. They work tirelessly to do the best they can. If youre unhappy with how the wash is done, speak up to someone. They truly care about the customers experience, as long as the issue is something that they can help with. If anyone has 19 wheels or if you drive sports car, please dont come here. I just got to school after taking my car for a wash and Im livid at the damage I just spotted. I watched the guy drive my car into the guide rails, but he drove it at an angle and the rear wheel bumped the edge before straightening out. I thought the plastic spinners to protect the wheels would have done their job but instead I got some curb rash on my gloss black powder coated wheels and the red wheel tape is scraped off both front and back driver side wheels. I should have inspected my car then and there, but I was running late. Never again. I hope the owner contacts me and offers some sort of resolution, but I might be expecting too much. Edit: Someone above mentioned the car wash doesnt have guide rails. I must have just imagined the metal rails with plastic spinners that scratched up my drivers side wheels. Too bad I cant upload pics, if you dont believe me, find my review on Yelp where I uploaded pics. I doubt the customers are trying to scam a business by having their property damaged, particularly when they drive high end vehicles. Not to mention, we park with the passenger side to the curb in America, the driver side wheels of my vehicle were damaged.

I have very bad experience at this place. I went there to clean my car inside and outside thoroughly as I didn’t get a chance after winter to clean my car. I choose Ultimate Car wash which was $36(there was $3 discount if came before 6 pm). I have requested attendant (or Owner) to vacuum and wipe interior thoroughly. After they were finished, I looked around my car and it looks cleaned outside but interior was not cleaned properly, I noticed dust particles on back carpet and dirt on the rubber mat (I think they didn’t brushed and just cleaned with water) and the areas on door side was doesn’t get wiped out as when I touched I saw dirt on my hand. I show that to attendant but he seems not interested to make customer happy and just trying to convince me that it is cleaned perfectly, when I insist to clean the areas which I show them but he didn’t want to do his job. I am very disappointed by choosing this car wash. I don’t think they want happy customers. I don’t like the way attendant responded and neglected me. I will not recommend anybody for this car wash. -Bad Customer Service -Not a good for car interior cleanup

They dont seem very professional and they have a weird way of getting in and out of the wash. There is not much room to maneuver cars around their spot. The undercarriage wash seems like a rip-off - I didnt notice any change. The Rain-x treatment is probably the only thing that I had a 100% satisfaction here. The service itself I am not fond off either. The employees sit in your car through the wash and change all your settings. They blast music, change your seat, change your AC settings (which annoys me when you are blasting my AC full at 60 degrees with all open windows - EVERYTIME) and they do a half-hearted cleaning, because they seem to be busy talking to each other. They use the same towel for interior and exterior sometimes. Fresh towels is important especially when you pay a price for your wash.

Horrible-Stay away. Following a car wash and after the workers were allegedly complete with the service, found streaks on the windows and outside of the vehicle. Seats were not cleaned, and the windows inside the vehicle were not cleaned. Hub caps were also not cleaned. When brought to the attention of the owner (only white male present wearing glasses), he started cursing saying they were busy and nothing further will be done to rectify the problem. He also yelled at another man for having his dog with him while standing outside waiting for his car to be finished. Saying that he hates dogs. The guys a lunatic.

This place is terrible. They destroyed my powder coated wheels. I am now out $200. When I calmly brought it to management she was nasty and got defensive and told me it was impossible. I called repeatedly and overheard the manager tell the staff to not answer my calls. The owner called me 2 days later and told me he would do nothing about it even though he checked the cameras and the damage was seen occurring in the car wash. The owner belittled me and threatened me for arguing with his manager. This place is a joke stay away. The car wash left bug stains and overall was not worth the $40 I paid.

I just had my car wash at this place today. Usually i get the regular wash and some add ons. The reason I go here is because the firemen discounts.. Never had an issue even though it is not the best car wash in town. Today I decided to get the VIP for my car due to winter left overs. I get home and see dirt everywhere, spots not touched, trunk door not cleaned, mirrors and back glass not cleaned, what a mess. That did it for me, i rather pay the extra 3 dollars someplace else than come home and spend a half hour finishing up my car.

These guys are amazing! I was galvanized to witness how much effort these guys put in to make your car very clean. I have had my car washed at different places and spent more than 40+ dollars in the past 2 weeks and none of the others did a good job even when I paid for a premium service. But these guys are amazing! The girl at the reception was very friendly and gave a superior customer service. She also offered a monthly package for the car wash which Im going to get.
