If I could give no stars it would be 0 stars for this Car Wash what a joke my truck didnt even come out clean went to the manager and lady behind the desk and ask them to run it through again because it still dirty and they said no matter how many times he run this through still going to be dirty that had a lot to say about this company. My brother used to own a car wash and i used too work there for years as a kid before he sold it for 2.3million, so I been around the car wash game my uncle owns commack hand wash and They run things right there and there cars and trucks come out clean. for this car wash express 55 has the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with and with out that your nothing so I recommend you not use his car wash save recommend you not use his car wash your money and go some place else believe me your mind and pocket will be more at ease.. go down to Commack hand Car Wash you will thank me never going back there again and the only reason I even gave them a shot is because it was next in my office never never never again ....

I do feel bad writing a negative review because the workers are understaffed and have to work very fast to keep the line moving but this was the worst car wash experience to date. Two people wash your car with a large brush in a minute. I still have bird s*** on my rear view windshield. The tire shine is a joke and does nothing. Rims arent clean. Inside was barely wiped. I bought the gold package which came out to $28.23. If youre going to charge that price you need to offer a much better service than what is currently in place. I definitely do not recommend this car wash.

I went to this car wash once and I will never go again. On their website it is described as a fully touchless car wash but to my surprise as I watched my car go in two guys scrubbed with brushes all over the car before going through the wash. I purposely went to this wash because I do not want any brushes touching the paint of my car. I also paid for the extra tire and wheel detail add on and upon my car being ready there was still brake dust all over my wheels and my tires were not even shiny. Total waste of money to go to this car wash.

Great car wash. In and out quickly. Sports Car Owners: this car was accepts low cars (mine is 4-1/2" at front spoiler) and cars with wide tires. Most importantly their track is really well maintained. I have learned this is what can mark up your rims. A local hand car wash does not maintain their rail and it nicks your wheels. This one is perfect!! Most important for me is a car wash not damage my car when I dont wash it myself. Last, I left $200 on my seat. It was laying on my dashboard when I got in the car. Good bunch of people.

Horrible. Did not do any quality work and half assed the whole car wash. Not going back there any time soon. Received the gold wash and I might as well have done it myself with my eyes closed. Paid 30$ to do zero work. If I were the manager I would re think how they run the place because that is not quality work. Wish I never even bothered. Such a waste of time. Its a shame when you have to go home and wipe your car down and re vacuum it when you have just paid for there "best" car wash. Such a joke. Zero stars

My mother paid for thier Gold wash and i didnt read the reviews because everyone deserves a chance. However they sadly lived up to their expectations. They didnt do the inside vacuuming well. The soap has left streak marks. Also the inside doors and back of the seats werent clean. She went back and told the woman in the front and the manager came back and the workers came to fix it. Im glad they listened to us and still was very respectful. We wont be coming back. Until they improve.

I have a new car of 2013 I decided to bring my car to these car wash because I have no time to do it by myself. ..and I have no scratch on my car and that was the reason what i tall the guy before day wash my car please dont make scratches on my car. .and went I get back home 30 minutes later I take a look the car and ik was a lot scratches al around the car. .and I feel bad cuz that was my first time the went to that car wash never go to that place again. ........

I visit this car wash regularly. I own a black car and have to get it cleaned on a regular basis. Expressway 55 Car Wash is extremely helpful. I receive a great wash every time. If you have any questions or concerns you can ask them. Just be a respectful customer and you are good to go. I will definitely continue to visit this business and recommend it to family and friends in the area.

I work minutes away from this car wash. I decided to give it a shot and ignored what the reviews were. They did a really good job, my car went in extremely dirty and came out clean. I went with silver package and got a great wash. I would recommend this car wash to everyone, give it a shot. I am gonna go back today. Its cheaper than the car washes around it too.

I wish they would take the time to do a better job they dont dry the car right they dont clean it right they miss a lot of spots to clean I understand its a business and they wanna do it as quick as they can but lets not forget you pay $20+ and you deserve a at least a good service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PEOPPLE

Ive been here 3 times hoping that maybe theyd do a better job than the time before but no.... They dont dry the car very good, my trunk and front grill were wet so as I drove off the remaining water splashes onto my doors/Windows... I always get the Gold wash and they dont vacuum well either :( poor job

Went there last Saturday morning, early. Worst Car Wash and service we have ever gotten there. The mats were still filthy, it looked like there barely touched the inside and the outside was splotchy all over. We have gone here for several years and will have to think twice before going back again.

After Wash and Roll car wash in Central Islip closed early before 6 p.m. I called Express 55 carwash and they will more than happy to accommodate me at the 6 p.m. closing they are the epitome of professionalism and excellent customer service thank you express 55 car wash for taking care of my car.

I would not recommend this Car Wash to anyone. My Vehicle was not entirely cleaned despite selecting the Gold Service. I spoke to the owner which was on premise at the time of my dissatisfaction with the service, and that I wouldnt be returning, and she could careless.
