Disgruntled customer

BEWARE: I was a loyal customer and never had an issue, never a great job but solid if you dont want to spend 45 to an hour at the car wash it was the spot. I went on a Wednesday and was the last car of the day, the kid who vacuumed my car was wearing a backpack which I thought was weird but didnt cross my mind. A couple days later I went to grab my drill out of my trunk which I had used earlier that afternoon at work and it was nowhere to be found, gone. A few days later a went to grab my mouse for my laptop out of my backpack which is also in my trunk, gone. I never even went back to argue my case because it was too late and I knew itd only get me aggravated, Ill never go to this place again, if you do, make sure your car is empty of any valuables. I remember when I was little this same place took a whole bag of change from my mothers car. Seems like they continue to hire thieves. Never again.

I havent been there in a couple years, but had to go to town for errands, anywho, i went there yesterday. Cleaned my interior did not vacuum the sides nor did they vac my carpet well. I give from 1 to 10 a 2. Im very disappointed. I think Ill go to the one on sunrise near pizza express near mu house. They are the best and the use a blower to get dirt from the sides of the seats. I gave the vac guys a $6 tip and the 2 guys drying my car $6 each. What the fu@$ very dissapointed. 2 starts to b nice.

To the owner....PLease help!!!!! I left my daughters guitar at your carwash. She is very upset. I went there today October 1st but it is closed. We are praying you still have it. I was there last weekend and the owner was there. I left it inside by the bench and gumball machines. we are frequent customers and always have great service.

This car wash goes above and beyond they have an excellent crew. I get the monthly unlimited plans. I have been using them for over a year and every 6 months I get a free detailing which works out perfectly.

Always a great job of cleaning and washing my cars! Manager is often out checking the cars and will often Direct his workers to touch up or redo cars if he is not satisfied.
