The first time I took my truck to them, I spent $150 on a detail prior to winter because I like taking care of my vehicles. Since then Ive been bringing it in regularly and after snow to keep the salt off. Each time Ive left feeling somewhat disappointed with the job done and have chosen to move on with my day. Today I decided Im gonna get the #1 wash which cost $35 to see if I would get my moneys worth. The truck was given back to me with a very poor vacuum job on the seats and the carpet so I asked them to take it back and fix it. I spoke with the owner because I wanted him to know that his guys were slacking. He asks me several questions about how often I bring my truck in? How his guys cant spend a lot of time on the small details and some BS about how he has to worry about interior buttons and pieces getting broken, then suggests I bring my truck in more often and tells me I should spend even more money on a special interior detail?!?!?! Seriously I was laughing histerically inside at the amount of BS coming out his mouth. So I let him continue. He goes on to tell me that they have fixed it as I watch the guys take it to the front and send me on my way. At this point Ive waited and let him give me the run around and tell me how he never gets complaints even "from Westport customers", as soon as his guys drive away I inform him "I just paid $35 for a wash here and i didnt even get any tire shine on the tires." Of course we walk to the front and his guys are hurrying to put shine on them because they know they did a bad job. The owner then tells me "oh they just werent finished yet thats why the tires were not done" and I had to tell him that they already tried to send me away without it. He had no choice but to finally apologize for a bad job on a #1 wash and shut his mouth because there were no excuses left. Westport wash & wax is turning and burning bad washes at a premium price knowing that his "Westport customers" will pay the price to get what they think is a better wash at a higher end car wash. Plain and simple.

Recently took my car there for the first time to get it detailed and I was very pleased. One of the owners showed me exactly what they were going to do when I dropped the car off, so that I knew what I was getting for the price I paid. Regarding price, I checked prices at several other places and their prices were competitive. They did a very thorough job, both inside and out, and most importantly, they didnt miss any spots. I was particularly impressed with the wheels and tires ("painted" the tires and did a great job removing break dust) and the interior is just spotless. The dash board, the center console, my leather seats were conditioned and cleaned...they just did an excellent job.

Washed my car yesterday, not the point of the price, the point of the service. The detailing was not even attempted at. With exception of a drivers seat. That is why it wasnt noticeable on the spot, besides dirty car is the owners attitude. Apparently I was the only one with a problem at of 385 cars. I dont have a problem, the problem is your business and your customer service. You been in Westport for a long time and you take it for granted. P.S I dont need a free car wash, I need what I payed for minus the attitude.

I only go to Westport Wash and Wax now after trying all the other car washes in my area. I got scratches on my car when I went to the other car washes. Westport Wash and Wax is also the only car wash in the Westport area that always has one of the owners on site. This proves to me that they care about their business and their customers. I also like that they are solar powered and better for the local environment. I highly recommend Westport Wash and Wax.

Amazing! Much better than that poorly managed place that begins with an S, and rhymes with cash :P Its not hand wash, but they do a much better job, and it looks like they keep their automated system fresh with new brushes. Undercarriage always works. They have a chill waiting room. I gave up on that other overpriced place (mentioned above), and always bring my car here now.

These guys have always done a fine job in washing my cars. They are certainly better than the car wash chains. Their people are more friendly and seem to take more pride. I normally do my own waxing but brought my car in once last year for a detail and I was surprised at how well it turned out. There were no swirl marks that are so common with sloppy detailing jobs.

Quality car wash- and this is coming from a person who is OCD and hates bringing the car to the car wash. I even had my car fully detailed. It came out looking like it was off the showroom floor. Very pleased. Highly recommend Westport Wash & Wax!

Westport Wash and Wax is probably the best carwash I have been to in a while. My car absolutely comes out the cleanest here compared to other places I have gone and I had the interior done once and it was immaculate after. Well worth it!
