Worst experience ever. First and last time, never again. I guess I forgot that Im in NY. Everything is about ripping off the people. Im not cheap, I chose the most expensive service that they have. I think that those guys, especially the owner has to go to other car washes to educate himself what car wash should be like , and what the result should be after a car is WASHED !!!! . I could wash the car for 20 $$$ outside only, NOT 40 $$$ !!! Not to mention that all other services are EXTRA !!! Why I pay 40 $$$ to leave with the car little more than half washed ? I wish I can post pictures of how the car was washed. But again ..... this is ONLY !!!!! in NY.

I received an offer from "LivingHuntingon" for $18 to get a "Teflon Glaze" car wash valued at $32. I realized that I was responsible for the sales tax but the taxed me at the $32 rate. We got the car back and I didnt take a close look at it. It has water spots all along the rear, in addition the passenger door has two low areas which were never cleaned. When I called up and asked for the owner the woman asked who I was. I told her the situation. The next thing I know the line went dead. Ive been to Classic in Smithtown and they spend much more time on the car for about $15. In addition you get a clean car.

i brought my brand new (2 weeks old) black ford escape to the car wash and paid for the ultra. After it was finished, i noticed swirled scratches on the hood, water marks on the hood, my windows and mirrors were filthy and so was the front of the car including the grill. I would never recommend this car wash. They just want to take your money.

went for the first time today 9/18/10 and it was hands down the best car wash i have had on Long island, even better than 5 corners in new hyde park area. Steve, my post wash finisher was phenomenal with NO prompting or scrutiny from me not a fancy place but they get it right in the attention to detail & elbow grease depts (VW passat wagon)

This place is a scam. Paid $26 for a "Super Wash" and they didnt even touch my mats. I called to complain and the lady already had a canned response (wanting an extra $2 per mat), they must do this to everyone. Do not go here, a complete waste of money. My cars interior is still filthy and the exterior is nothing special.

Been coming here for years, but today they refused to take a valid coupon for $2.00 off a full service wash. That lousy two bucks will cost them years of future business. The wash was sub-standard as well. They didnt clean the inside of my windshield. Didnt notice it until the sun glare hit it after I had already left.

My girlfriend had a bad experience there today. They insisted she cut the line and treated her unfairly. Go to YELP to see further details, but after how they treated her (I happen to hear it all when I was on the phone with her), I would never recommend anyone to go there.

They do an awesome job cleaning my car. But the place is dirty. They always rush me out of the car at first when Im trying to grab my things. The tipping situation is unclear because there are so many workers, no tip jar and do you really tip on a $30-ish car wash?

Got free car washes from the dealer for a month. Third time I went they scratched the crap out of the hood of my brand new car. You can clearly tell its from the brooms they use. Dont go here!

This place blows. The american citizens that replaced the illegals suck, these are the guys who do the final detail on the car. Go down the block east or west to find better detail.

Muddy monday with my jeep had mud in and out!! They prewashed it on the side to get excessive mud off...by the owner! So it would come out clean! Awesome !! Lots of mud! Thanks!

The prices here are much higher than other car washes and the quality is awful. There were spots in multiple areas. They also certainly do not pay any attention to details.

Ive gone to all the car washes. Ths is a true brushless all hand car wash, and it is clearly the best. Personnel touch uses brushes, but not on my car
