I came here because of the good reviews, but I am extremely disappointed. I had called previously for an appointment and when I arrived they didnt have my appointment written down didnt even know who I was or what I was here for. They still managed to put me through. Someone came to give me a "consultation" all she did was ask what I wanted no questions on previous dye jobs. Mind you my hair was visibly blond from when I had dyed it previously. They bleached my hair and then the same girl noticed It turning pink she asked me if I had done other colors before and I said yes, she then proceeded to ask me why I didnt say anything, she didnt ask! So I couldnt apparently go for my original color which was gray she said I had to pick something else I asked for suggestions she told me just to look it up. So rude. I had another two stylists from the salon come look at my hair like I was a monkey at a zoo neither said anything. I tried to ask her what to do, still nothing. I decided to go with a light purple. After 30 mins they finally decided to put color on my hair. The girl washing my hair was so rough! Then I waited 45 mins just for them to dry my hair! This place is ridiculous. No good customer service at all. You cant ask questions because they dont seem to have any answers. It was like a damn assembly line no one provided any feedback. Hate hate hate this place! For all the money I paid I was not happy with the way I was treated. Another girl at the salon also waited like 30 mins just to get her hair blowed out after she dyed it as well, so it wasnt just me. This place I do not recommend.

Made an appointment a day before for Thursday at 6:30PM. I arrived roughly 45 minutes early and asked if they had any availabilities at that moment, they told me yes and had me wait. By the time I finally got my hair washed and cut it was basically my original appointment time lol - The shampoo/scalp massage was awesome. Felt amazing. - The aline bob I got was pretty good. - Pricing is where this got iffy. I called ahead and asked how much a cut would be, I was told $25 and that the Monday-Thursday promo didnt apply because it was just a cut. I found pricing online and on the board of the salon which said that a cut ranged between $18-25 so I figured at most it would be the $25. After walking in I was told a shampoo was absolutely necessary so I went with it, in the end I was charged $32. I inquired about the Monday - Friday discount again and the stylist told me that it was already applied. Prior to this, my boyfriend also got his hair cut here and he paid $18. Theres a definite issue with communication and Im not sure if its just a language thing but I highly recommend just stopping in and asking about pricing before booking.

Got my hair bleached and colored to gray and i loved it. Kevin cared and was concerned about my hair and the outcome and how I wanted it to come out. He was very honest! And my whole process took a bit longer than expected and they were past closing time and he did not try to rush me out! Love him!

Xcellent Beauty Salon is absolutely excellent! People here are so welcoming and professional. Kevin and his team always do a great job and make my hair to look great. I’m impressed every time I come here. Make sure to make an appointment before coming, it could be very packed sometimes though.

This place is nice I really love led the had massage very relaxing but I wanted my hair straightened the lady didnt understand till the end when my heir was covered in gel and hair spray she straightened it but it wasnt straight

Wow! They were able to accommodate me on a busy Saturday afternoon. My designer constantly offered me something to drink. Most importantly, I love my haircut and the color, the Brazilian Blowout that I had was amazing.

Regret

I got a great haircut for a great price ($20, $5 cheaper than normal). They got me out of the door in about 30 minutes. The hair wash was amazing and felt relaxing. I plan to go back.
