I signed up with personal training I gave up after 4 weeks I was blown off for every appointment I had. I would also say 80% of my texts with my trainers were ignored. I submitted a letter to their Irvine CA customer service to cancel based off of the experience I had been having and sent the screen shots of my texts with my trainers showing all the confusion and they could care less. Even after I sent the complaint letter they were still messaging up right before I cancelled I discussed with my trainer in a text message about an appointment with her for Saturday at 10am and I received 2 reminder emails about my appointment saying it was for Saturday at 9:30am and 9:35am what a mess this place is ! I spoke with the Irvine CA customer service today and the Rep just kept repeating that I was in a contract and would be charged for 6 months of personal training if I wanted to cancel. It disgusts me how no one here cares at all about the issues I was having but they still are going to charge me for cancelling even though I never ended up receiving not one personal training session. I am now signed up with Omega health and wellness on Camp Rd in Hamburg and I highly recommend it ! My trainer has been awesome! I get way more sessions then I should have had with LA Fitness and its less money. Do not give this place your money!

At 34.99 it is way overpriced for what they offer, but they have terrible customer service and treat their guests terribly. My brother and I have been signed up with them for years on and off, so paying 70 bucks/month and we got 5 2 week guest passss when signing up. When I brought a friend to use one of my guest passes they tried to solicit 15 dollars from me and said that I dont have any gues passes. After proving to them that I did they wouldnt let him in unless I paid up or presented his id which wasnt on him. I asked just to let him in as a courtesy and they became super obnoxious with me as if I was asking for a hand out and absolutely refused. The Vice President Brad was not helpful at all and tried to talk down to me by using some childish analogy and was very rude. This is the fourth occasion when they conducted themselves in such an obnoxious manner with me and it reflects the gyms overall terrible customer service and relationship with their clients. All other gyms have much better service and treat their guests like valued members and develop relationships with them and offer all the same stuff for half the price. Dont sign up at this gym. Theres a reason they have a terrible rating.

Sauna should be 180 degress was only 125...when i asked staff to turn up temp they said they didnt have access to it. I am also adding to this that i visited the club on Mon evening and was the last member to leave when i got home after unpacking my gym bag i realized that i had left a $200 pair of boots in the locker there which i had worn there, when i had called at 7am the next day i was told they were not found. When i had asked to speak w the manager, Brandon, and had expressed that i had suspicions that either that cleaning lady or the girl working the counter had taken them being they were the only people there between those hours, and inquired what is the protocol on how they go about handling that kind of thing he stated to me "that is none of my business and that if i continued to accuse his staff of stealing he was going to revoke my membership" real professional! Most ghetto club i have ever been to!

Ok, out of towner from Orlando; here for my sister wedding to some cowboy in Medina. WoW buffalo looks like a demilitarized zone.... Nuke this city and start over.... Anyways went to this gym almost the whole week. It was very nice clean looked great. The sauna was a bit cool but im use to extreme heat from my state so I honestly couldnt tell if that was the problem but... Plenty of free weights, water was ice-cold, pool and spa were clean. Actually yalls free weights for the dumbbell press were vreat liked the octagon shape easier to handle. Anyways cute attendant at the front was nice triiiiiied to tell me buffalo had some good points. Errrrrr noooo no it doesnt. Anyways gym was good wont ever come back to the buff unless im drunk. But good gym

Excellent facility, great staff, and great people! Ive never had a bad encounter with anyone at the gym. Everyone is there to make their lives better and do so in a calm and collected way. The only downfall to the gym is that the hours arent the best for anyone who doesnt work 8-4:30. I work later shifts with school in the morning and Im struggling and rushing to get the gym in time. But I would recommend this gym, I make the time for it. Best of luck!

I went in to possibly join the gym. Was told I need to join silver sneakers program. Asked the girl at the desk what that was, she said to contact my insurance co. I left and looked it up. Silver sneakers is for 65 and up. I guess I looked really old to her. Maybe they should just not guess as to the age of prospective clients. Not old enough for silver sneakers program. Still have 11 years to go. Oh well I saw bad reviews any way.

This LA Fitness is fairly clean, fairly average sized, and includes everything you might expect in a typical LA Fitness. It has a pool, juice bar, aerobics room, spin room, weight room and a cardio room upstairs. I usually go later in the day and it can get a bit crowded, but Ive never had a problem finding an open machine or bench to use.

Unprofessional and poor customer service. I notice trainers/ representatives sit around goofing off in judgemental ways (laughing at some members), offering services based on what people drive or how they look. Bathrooms are disgusting, garbage bins overflowing, toilets and sinks dirty. Trying a different location.

I left World Gym to come here. What a mistake that was. I paid 3 times the price for less equipment and I dont swim so I could care less about the tiny little pool they have. I rejoined world gym. And their cancellation policy is worse than world gym. Live and learn i guess.

The gym is nice and clean . Nice equipment. Love my trainer. Happy i signed up. Still love my trainer, but membership is a living hell, and management gives you the run around and does not get back to you when they say. Huge mistake giving them my credit card info...

Its one of the better locations but they are all dirty. I dont blame the janitors because they are usually doing something besides cleaning like checking people in. I quit the club the day I saw people jerking off in the showers with the curtains open.

I love the location but this gym can get PACKED. Pretty much anytime after 3 PM is going to be so busy you cant even find an empty machine to use, its ridiculous.
