It use to be five stars now a zero rating. They installed computer sign in for tanning beds, massage chairs, hydromassage and total body enhancer. Now people without their PF black cards are having to key in their account numbers and a line forms If you do have your black card the touch screen for sign in doesnt work until several tries very often. You have to either carry your keys on you or run back and forth to the key board to swipe your card for a sign in for the above amenities I understand the computer for tanning sign in to comply with health safety. But, the computer to control non black card members from using the added amenities is out of line. Either charge one rate and let everyone have access to the added amenities or raise your rates by five dollars. Better yet just set your rate at thirty dollars with full access to everything. Ill venture to say you lose more money on hot water from the basic members using the showers I am pissed and if Im going to have to be put out of my way to use the extra things my black card covers, then simple enough my family will drop back from the black card to the basic membership. And, plan to stop telling people how they should join PF. Likewise, I intend to get as many black card members to drop back to a basic membership. With my family you lose five black card members. Heck without the extras we can get by with two memberships. Saves me eighty bucks and only cost you eighty bucks. I know this want hurt PF overall but Ill see how much financial loss I can cause by trying to start a boycott with other members.

Good place to work out. But wondering why you have been closed for a week now. Every other business in Conway has been open for 3 to 4 days since the hurricane. If this goes much longer the monthly membership even though its a very low 20 dollars a month should be pro rated.

I love the entire experience at my local PF. Trainer has great personality and very versatile in our workouts. The staff is friendly. Take pride in keeping it clean. Ive been member for 3 years + now and Im glad I made the decision to join PF.

I liked working out here but I seen another person in here recording me with his phone, mentioned it to the staff and it didnt seem to bother anyone. Most of the staff is very friendly though, trainers are really professional and its very clean.

Very clean, good choice of equipment. Usually not overcrowded and open 24/7 which is a great bonus. I would advise to install more mirrors though. Other than that this place is awesome and very comfortable to work out at.
