Be on the look out for this shop even doe theyre one of the better body shop in Bronx theyre not as honest as they should be (Chris) they work very close with crooked adjusters (Greg Saunders) The shop refuses be on the clients side when asked to have access to a your own vehicle they refuse access and dont disclose the location of the lot making up excuses for insurance reason we can not let you onto the lot, excuses that are not valid especially when my vehicle is next to a see trough chain link fence facing a public sidewalk. I was able to take the pictures myself and prove that Greg Saunders the crooked adjuster had made false statements so he could give the Josephs Auto Center 19 days worth of work at my family expense until I got involved and filed a compliant with USAA insurance that hired Greg to evaluated the condition of my vehicle which was already consider a total loss by my insurance company but Greg decided to hold the red pen and inconvenience a family a delay the process as Chris continues to make money on storage fees and the non-future parts list for repairs. Whats sad is that after USSA got involved and Gregs boss visited the site he was able to claim the vehicle a total loss but Greg that has been an adjuster for over 10 years was not able to see passed his greed. Chris from Josephs part owner finished it off by refusing to return my license plate just being a total moron even the vehicle was totaled and he was being paid he wanted to hang on to the plates not realizing that he could have been charged with theft holding on to private property. Dont be fooled hes not there to help hes looking to bleed everyone no matter if a family is suffering. No wonder he refuses to give an email out you could never get a hold of him and the memory card to his camera is always full good one Chris keep the good work up. I also love the way speaks to his staff a real heavy weight behind a desk...a big joke if you ask me.

Josephs auto center was caught in the process!? And more detail to follow with report from the DMV volitions!? Delay in fixing the car in a timely manner and failure to give the customer a Bill of sale!? Added... The auto shop were trying to embezzled the insurance company. SO SAD! JAC is trying really hard to sabotage my credibility after I provided evidence from the DMV the volitions given to JAC committed. Any fraud attempt against me from JAC is poorly mismanage from the facility. Point made they were caught RED HANDED. NOW BEING SUE! MAY 17, 2016 in Manhattan Civil Court HAVE A GREAT DAY!? Anyone who was a victims from JAC please feel free to attend Manhattan Civil Court on MAY 17, 2016 9am In the case of ??????vs Josephs Auto Center On May 17, 2016 Civil Court It was VICTORIOUS!! Josephs Auto Center lost the case and is paying for there mistake. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ FYI the Defended needed a lawyer, I WAS MY OWN LAWYER. It payed going to college for a year to study Paralegal...

An absolutely horrible experience. I would give 0 stars but its not possible. They did an amateur job on my car that I can 1000% guarantee any body shop can do better. My car is black but in sunlight one side looks almost white because of the lazy job they did on buffing. Was also charged $500 extra by the rental car because Josephs Auto Center took 2 months to fix my car and neglected to take care of all the paper work needed with the car adjuster so I wouldnt get charged. Not sure if this was intentional but I was getting ready to take them both the adjuster and JAC to the civil court. After I took my car from these goblins and getting ready to take it to another body shop I noticed they had forgotten to put in the screws that hold one of the front pieces of the car (the fender) which was hanging lose like a childs tooth. I was so stressed and I had no choice but to go back again to the goblins and get the screws because they had them. Stay very far away from Josephs Auto Center

Josephs is a great auto body and mechanical shop. I have used them for all my Body Work and Mechanical work. They repair my cars before I turn them in at the end of the lease to avoid the costly dealer markup. They also do great mechanical services in addition to their body work. I had a radiator that went Sunday night. I called Chris at Josephs when they opened up Monday Morning and by the time I arrived at the shop 20 minutes later my parts were already on their way to the shop for installation and the team was able to repair the radiator and do a wheel alignment the same day. I have been going to Josephs for over 15 years and my entire family has used them for all their body and mechanical work.

Josephs Auto Center came highly recommended to me by a friend. My Jeep was hit by a corporate truck, I took it there and told the insurance company where it was at and that was it. There no bull $h!t approach in dealing with the insurance company was imperative in getting a speedy approval. As for the repairs of my vehicle, top notch paint matching and repairs also they went the extra mile as well getting rid of some minor dents and scratches that they didnt have to nor did I expect plus my Jeep was fully detailed. Im glad that I took the advice of my friend and now I pass it on to you, if you want the job done right the first time just take her here...Thanks to Joseph and his teem...

Over-priced for their service. Took my car here and got it back with more problems! They try to cover up their mediocre job with a nice interior/exterior wash, but dont be fooled. They had me come back multiple times after because they did a half-azzed job of cleaning the glass that had fallen through some cracks. The paint job was not even all smoothed out (I found waves on the paint finish). Dont waste your time, and more importantly, your money.

My ’76 Checker Marathon went into Joseph’s for bodywork. For 9 months they wouldn’t take or return my calls. In that time, they reduced the car to an un-drivable wreck. Chris, the manager, demanded several thousands of dollars more than the car’s value to return it to me. He wouldnt put his terms or conditions on paper. I took them to court. They didn’t show up. They lost the case and they’ve neither returned the car nor paid the judgment.

Very Untrustworthy if I never went to look at my car they literally put some bul$hit made in china hid on my car like. They take forever manager a complete useless. They cant do the job right the first time Not as good as they use to be. They literally just claim to give you quality parts but throw in the worst and cheapest parts to your car Please be dont go here if you want your prized possession to be ruined Dont get ripped off folks

Josephs Auto Center has taken care of my last two cars. Each time my car came back looking like it came off the dealers lot. Their manager Chris is great to work with . He works hard to get your car to you within your timeline. Sometimes this is not possible due to things beyond his control (weather and parts) but he always keeps you updated, I always recommend them to friends and family.
