Awful customer service. I came in for an inspection and was told 10 minutes later by phone I needed tires and an oil change. I said no, I will pick up my car before you break for lunch. My car had no work done on it and it took an hour and a half to get it out of the shop. It was buried in the back and I had to wait an hour while they ate lunch. Nice guys but they hate work. I had another half hour wait while they fixed the cars around mine to get it out of the shop. They should eat lunch, but why do I have to waste my time. Go to a Quick Lube and see good auto customer service. Avoid them if you can, otherwise prepare to listen to the BS while you wait with other customers watching the staff eat.

Performance has worked on my VW Passat for the past 4 years. Before that they worked on my Blazer. I find them to be responsive and reliable. Twice Ive gone in for a burned out headlight and they dropped everything both times, fixed it in minutes for about $20. They are very respectful when suggesting work you didnt come in for, i.e., suggesting "new tires within the next 6 months, keep an eye on it," never "you wont pass inspection w/o new tires."

These guys are the best. Ive always brought my car here for basic maintenance, but recently I needed body work and they were just wonderful with that too. Helpful, courteous, prompt, honest. My car came back cleaner and nicer looking than before the accident. They even threw in a few little things for free, like fixing a crooked gas tank door and buffing out a small scratch. Theyve restored my faith in repair shops!

AVOID! SCAM! Took my 32k mile Odyssey for state inspection. Was told that the back breaks need to be redone at a cost of $500. Called another place which quoted $250 for the same work. Went to Mavis, they inspected and said the breaks were fine - more than half good. Saved $500. Dont trust them. Prices are ridiculous. Had my tires on rims changed - $80 - more than twice what others charged.

I just had my exhaust leak fixed on a 2004 Mazda6 V6. I spoke/met with Dave and Carl. They were very professional and gave me a few options as we bounced around ideas about how to go about my needs. I will be coming back to them for further work and will recommend other people in Westchester to them in the future.

Performance Auto Shop gave my car an uplift & even a great price on the cost of all the service it needed plus new tires, much better price & quality than most tire shops. Honest, reliable service & staff. I highly recommend.

I brought my BMW X5 4.8is to Performance and I must admit I am impressed .They are a busy shop but when they got to work on my X5 they where effective honest. Very knowledgeable on my BMW, I felt I was in good hands, I wish I found them many years before.

Body shop did a great job reconstructing my Honda Odyssey after a front end collision. Karl and the team there went the extra mile to make sure the car was perfect for us, two days ahead of schedule! By far my best experience with a body shop.

Honest, cheap, competent and responsive. The only issue is that they are not open on weekends - but they allow you to drop off and pick up your car outside of normal business hours.
