Today was a trying day, for both my best friend and I. We were in a minor collision in Manhattan, an unfortunately her right mirror was taken off her Chrysler 200, 2011 model. Shaken up we were quite distraught, we started calling around and we found a Junk yard that had the part. The gentlemen referred us to them to do the work, taking off the whole side mirror and reconstructing it with the piece left from the collision. Prompt with customer service, the President of the company Mr. Al Omoush met us at our car telling us to pull into the garage, and he quickly had one of his workers assist us right away. Sitting in the car, we looked at each other wondering how much it was it going to cost for the work. We were quite low on funds!! A couple of minutes later Mr. Al Omoush appeared to check on the progress with the car asking if we needed anything else. So, she asked how much it was going to cost. So he said, "$150.00"!! Yes folks, he also has a wonderful sense of humor. We said, "Oh no!" He was like, "its fine, Im just kidding." Putting us at ease. He offered us comfortable seating in the office while the car was being serviced. While waiting, we still didnt have the foggiest idea as to what the work was going to cost. So in walked in Mr. Al Omoush, being attentive and caring about our situation asking how much could we afford to pay..... we said $20.00.... LOLOLOLOL seriously, we said $20.00!!!!!! He looked at us, in disbelief. He said, "come on guys, that isnt even realistic. But let me work out the numbers, and ill let you know." Shortly after, he comes in telling us, that the car was done and that he wasnt charging us for the work done on the car. " ITS FREE GIRLS, FREE, GO HOME, PUT YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET AND ENJOY YOUR DAY!!! We were so shocked, but so ecstatic that we were able to save money. You know that most auto repair shops try to rob you blind, but no here. Theyre more than fair, and exceptionally generous. Excellent service wouldnt even be the word to describe the service at this Auto Body Shop. They care about your experience and they do phenomenal work. The mirror works perfectly, like nothing happened to it. Elated, they sure turned our crappy day into a wonderful one! A Super big thank you, to Mr. Al Omoush and staff, for working so quickly and diligently on our behalf. The service at this auto body shop was absolutely amazing! After a long trying day of tickets and a car accident, I had been sent over to Al to repair my passengers side view mirror this evening. Exhausted and low on funds, I drove over to the shop with hopes that someone would be able to help me with my problem. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by friendly faces which was exactly what I needed to see after crying crocodile tears all day. Luckily, those friendly faces were able to help me, and they did so in less than a half hour! The best part of my experience was the pricing of the job. How can you beat free? Now, I know youve read some of these review comments above mine. One particularly from my best friend, Siobhan Clarke. Please let me be the first to say that there was no exaggeration in her review!!! With that said, I am certain that the other reviews are just as honest and true! I strongly advise and recommend that if any of you reading this are in need of some type of body work done on your car to go to Central Auto Body Collision. Theyre open until 6pm Monday through Friday, so dont worry about rushing over to beat the usual 5pm closing time. Also, youll be saving a lot of money, so there will be no worries about the gas millage lost to get over there if you do not live in the area. Thank you again Al and crew for your services. My Mercedes is like new again!! The staff at Central Auto Body are very courteous and professional. As a woman, I feel very intimidated by most auto repair shops, including the car dealerships. I was so impressed by their work and results the first time I went to them after a van hit my Mercedes ML 350 with 4 other vehicles as it was parked unoccupied. My vehicle was practically totaled. I never thought that my vehicle would look the same or that it could possibly be repaired from all the damage that was caused. To my astonishment, not only did Central Auto Body repair my vehicle, but it looked like a new vehicle, and ran just as well as before the accident. They took care of everything including dealing with my insurance company and the rental car company. I am so pleased with their attention to detail and caring about me as a customer, that I use them as my regular mechanic shop. I no longer have to travel to the Mercedes dealer that was charging me thousands more than Central Auto Body, and were not completing the repairs and routine maintenance as well as Central Auto Body. Now, its so much easier and cheaper for me to keep my Mercedes in excellent driving condition. They even picked me up and dropped me off to my residence when I didnt have a ride at no extra cost. I really appreciated this, since trying to get a cab in Yonkers is very annoying and they usually pick up additional passengers (almost like taking a bus or public transportation). I highly recommend Central Auto Body with the utmost sincerity!

My 2016 Nissan Rogue was parked in front of the building where I live in yonkers on one of those Saturdays morning got reare ended by Hit and run drunk driver , I felt very bad thinking That my vehicle is no longer being brand new car . Anyway I start searching for body shop Can repair my car, my insurance company recommended me specific body shop works With them but after I read their reviews I decided not to go there , then I started searching for another shop until I found central Auto body shop has very good reviews so I decided to use them and let me tell you Im Very happy I did because from the time I walked in they took care of me specially steiv The manager and Al the supervisor, they took Care of everything from dealing with my insurance company to my Nissan financing Even with car rental company, I was worried About must use original parts but they granted Using original Nissan parts and gave me Estimate time 4 days to finish the work And gladly they did, when I went to pickup My car I was very pleased because they did Very goods job if anybody see my car will never Think that car got Accedent and it looks like The same as day one when I got my vehicle Out of Nissan dealership, thanks steiv, AL , The shop staff who did the job, I highly recommend central auto body collision For anybody might get Accedent .
