Martone Auto Collision is a true family owned and operated business that has served the Ossining are for years. Through my numerous interactions with Micheal, the owner, and his sons, Ive grown to appreciate the dedication, attention to detail, comprehensive crash-repair and accurate estimates. Even upon a 5 minute vehicle overview, Micheal is *easily" able to spot minute dents, scraps, scratches and damage that I had failed to noticed myself. He has a brilliant eye for attention to detail and prevails in true excellence of service. Martone Auto Collision offers a wide range of services from mild to severe collision repair, aesthetic re-painting, detailing, sound-deadening installation, intensive car detailing, waxing, polishing, sanding, clay-bar, and general and expert restoration and almost anything else you could ask for - it is truly a one-stop destination if you wish to upgrade, repair, detail, or otherwise improve or return your vehicle to factory specifications. Micheal uses nothing but *Brand New Genuine Replacement Parts*, and reconditioned Genuine Replacement Parts for all of his repairs - youll *NEVER* have to worry about cheap, aftermarket installations in order to cut costs, however, if, upon request due to budgetary restraints on the customer, Micheal will consider using high-quality, aftermarket parts, especially if youre paying out of pocket. After touring his impressive shop its clear Micheals team is dedicated to providing extraordinary service that goes above and beyond what I ever could have expected from a collision repair shop - the results speak for themselves. His expert team is highly experienced and capable of working with both domestics, imports, and exotics. I have bee taking my 2012 Mercedes ML-350, 2014 Mercedes E350, 2008 Subaru Forrester (and my newest edition a brand new Subaru WRX) to Micheal and his team at Martone Auto Collision for years. Hes helped me with everything from comprehensive detailing, waxing, and polishing (even the air-vents slits get cleaned), mechanical repairs, custom Subaru WRX upgrades, all at *very* competitive prices. His work is nothing short of phenomenal, dare I say perfect. And on the rare occasion that something slipped by his expert team, hell do his very best to fix the issue same-day, to get you on your way as soon as possible. For collision repair, Micheals acute attention to detail extends well beyond a preliminary/cursory external examination. For example, my Subaru WRX had minor bumper damage, but Micheal suspected there might be non-superficial frame damage beneath the bumper - upon bumper removal and closer inspection his expertise and intuition was not only proved correct, but you dont have to take my word for it; as he showed me photos of the damage beneath the bumper! Had I not had this damage fixed, it could have cost me thousands of dollars in the future (for resale value) due to what would have been undiscovered damage if a discriminating buyer noticed it. Micheals team has the ability to easily match even the most complex, metallic, pearlescent paints thanks to the teams precision, expertise, accuracy, and professional, fully enclosed painting "clean room." Ive had a number of vehicle parts repainted and not can Micheal exceed the stock paint-job, hes able to reduce and in some cases completely eliminate the dreaded "orange-peel-effect" resulting in a perfectly matched, and blended paint job. Even if you want just a vehicle detail, wax, polish (which lasts well over a year), Martone Auto offers, hands down, the *very-best* experience I have encountered. They are truly the epitome of excellence in service and performance, as well the customer experience and fairness, Im NEVER worried about being taken advantage of at Martone Auto Collision as Micheal and his team have demonstrated a well deserved "Thank-You" for their commitment to the finest service and a fair-price.

After a fender bender in October that left me with a damaged Nissan, so close to Christmas, I was at a loss. The tow truck driver took my car to Martones and I felt a little more comfortable after meeting and speaking with Michael. Him and his shop went above and beyond, not just fixing the front end damage but also cleaning my car inside and out, my car was spotless when I got her back, and that is no easy feat since I have a five year old! They also cleaned the tape residue I had on my window from a previous taping when my window had broken last winter and had to be taped shut until it was warm enough for a friend to fix. I also had a clip on my back bumper that had been broken for months and they made sure my bumper didnt keep popping off on the driver side. A few days after I got my car back there must have been a crack in fan and the fan broke on my way to work damaging the radiator and slicing the water hose. I made it to work and Michael himself came to my job in the pouring rain to check the damage and then had his tow truck driver come pick my car up so they could repair the damage done. I would not hesitate to go back to them again for any future body repairs I made need!

I recently had an accident in my Ford F150 truck..i took my vehicle to Martone Auto Collision because i have dealt with Mr.Martone on several other occasions..Mr.Martone made sure i had a rental car pick me up at the shop...made sure that the insurance company gave me quality parts, original parts for my vehicle..he even did extra work on my vehicle free of charge so that it would come out perfect....Mr.Martone is very professional and also very friendly...when you converse with him he makes you feel as though youve know him forever...he even teaches you somethings about auto collision..when the job was completed my truck came out looking fantastic...even newer than before...I highly recommend Mr.Martone and Martone Auto Collision for any vehicle needs

I brought my vintage Vespa to Martone Auto Collision for a complete rebuild, and they did an amazing job. Their work included a complete tear down, body work, electrical and a pearl white show-worthy paint job; Mike Martone gave me a great rate with all the work that was completed. I was so happy with the results that I brought my car to them for body work repairs after it was sideswiped. Mike personally took care of all the insurance paperwork for my car and made sure I was paid directly from my insurance company to cover the cost of my rental car. The car came out great and Mike stayed within my budget, which isnt always the case at other body shops. I had two great experiences, and I highly recommend Martone Auto Collision to everyone.

I brought my car for an inspection to Martone Auto Collision. The previous owner of the car had it sitting for months with dirt caked on, check engine light that would come on and off at random and an ac that would shoot dust particles out. They didnt just pass it like the previous owners last mechanic, but actually did there job for a reasonable price and got it back to its tip top shape. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car as a courtesy. I couldnt think of a better place to go than Martone Auto Collision
