Went there for a thumping sound over the passenger side REAR tire..I asked Frank to drive the car and listen to the sound because I felt it was a bad shock.......I was told it was driven, That was a LIE.. They changed a part in the front end and told me the sound traveled from the front to the back...before I picked it up I asked him if it was driven to confirm the sound was gone and was told yes.......that was also a LIE...When I pulled out the lot the sound was the same...gotta say there was one guy there who took a ride with me and confirmed it was the shock...so I bought a shock myself and had it put in, done deal. Wish the guy that took the time to ride with me was there from the beginning of this nightmare, he knew instantly that it was the shock because he took the time to listen ....I would recommend them as long as you see him and not Frank.

They sent me a reminder e mail and also a phone call about my inspection about to expire. I was able to book an appointment for 2 PM, showed up at 1:30 and was out of there before 2:15 PM. Had Rear upper control arm installed,06 Jeep Liberty, after 1 month ball joint came loose, instead of pressing ballpoint in , it was hammered in, had 2 buy new arm,, wont b going back there
