I left my car to change my belt and change the oil and when I returned all my change had been taken. It was about $10 w worth of change. W hen I returned and spoke to a Mr Jonathan, from the service department, he said that he would have to get the manager. When the manager came out, all he could say is that the mechanic who serviced my car, was on lunch. Yea, he was probably paying for his lunch with the $10 he took from my car and there was no need for him to open the change box so it was an intentional act. It wasnt an act where the mechanic had to move the change box or dismantle it. It was just an intentional theft. As far as the service is concerned I dont know how well they did but if I find something wrong or something else missing, Pep Boys on Connor St will hear from me personally.

I went there to fixed my timing belt on my vehicle. I purchased my own parts. I was told that the cost was x when it was time for me to pickup my vehicle they added all this enormous cost to my bill for work that I didnt authorized. Then have the nerve to lie that they called me and I authorize the work when I can barely afford what they charge me in the first place. I was very unhappy with them. However, I requested to speak with the manager and she made the difference but still have to pay an extra $70.

This place is the absolute worst.....Ive been here for almost 3 hrs, and now the "manager" tells me that out of the approximately 10 people working here, only 1 is qualified to change the alternator and hes on lunch....Meanwhile, the mechanic I was initially told was going to work on the car is sitting in front of me laughing while playing on his phone.....4 other employees are just hanging out doing absolutely nothing.....Just get parts from here....Avoid getting any Service....

Very helpful staff. Clean and organized. Got some tires installed here. They did it fast. The price was more than a regular mechanic would charge but when you want something done right the first time its worth it. Plus they give you warranty of there work they do. One thing I dont like is that there is no parking lot there. No parking in the front or back of the store so your only option is the side of them and their are very little options.

Service sucks sitting here for two hours waiting for them to refill my ac,plus I made an appointment.the mechanics suck no sense of ergency.s till here and they havent even started a bunch of people walking around doing nothing and no manager worst place ever.I just saw rich looking white guy tip good he drove his car right in and out this is bullshit

Good prices for tires. Dont rely on them for works on your vehicle: if I wouldnt be there to check their work personally they would have done nothing on my car charging me for the work though. Very disappointed.

Just called for a price for a starter installed. They hung up and didnt answer when I tried to call back. Wow, could have said call back tomorrow. Its only 7pm and your still open. Lost a customer forever!

They did not have the parts I needed and everyone spoke Spanish which made it difficult to get service because every time someone came I. Who spoke Spanish I was pushed further to the back of the line.
