I had a wonderful experience at this shop last week.. excellent customer service, and the price was right.. by far the most HONEST, KNOWLEDGABLE, and PROFESSIONAL mechanic I have ever met in my ENTIRE LIFE !!! I had a problem with my exhaust system on my Mercedes and initially went to the local Mercedes dealership to get it repaired.. the dealership refused to repair my exhaust leak and told me that I needed to replace the whole exhaust system in order to fix the leak. They wanted to bathe me $2,500 to replace the whole system.. I did not have that kind of money on hand, and to be honest I just wanted a second opinion before i dished out that kind of cash.. the next morning I took my car over to MeiNeKe in New Rochelle on north avenue.. not only did they diagnose the the exhaust leak in minutes, but they took the time to thoroughly explain to me IK DETAIL, exactly what had happened, and gave me multiple options for possible fixes.. long story short I was able to repair "just the damaged portion of my muffler" instead of letting the dealership replace the whole exhaust system just because of a small piece that was broken.. so instead of wasting $2,500 to replace parts that werent even broken, I was able to have MeiNeKe replace ONLY the damaged portion of the muffler saving me a total of $2,250 !!!!!! I would highly recommend going to these guys for ANY AND ALL issues you may have with your car.. The most honest, trustworthy, and professional repair shop I have ever been to ! They dont even know it but they just earned a lifetime customer !! Give these guys a shot !! Even if its just for a second opinion, although I would make them my first stop !! Trust me, you wont be disappointed !!

These people are crooks. Took my car in to have cats replaced. Charged me more per hour ($150/hr) than custom specialty fabrication shops because "installing cats is a custom job". I though these guys specialise in exhaust work?? On top of that, they did a terrible job. My car rattles like crazy now because fitment was a hack job at best. Should have went to the custom fabrication shop - quality would have been worlds better. Also the guy working in my car took several cigarette, snack and phone breaks and charged me for that time. For the final blow, they did not honor a meineke exhaust work coupon I got from their website "because it doesnt apply to custom jobs". Wake up guys - replacing cats is an exhaust job and exhaust work in an exhaust shop is not "custom". Guy in charge was not friendly nor did he seem reasonable. Steer clear. Not honest people.

Although they receive their appointments in their gmail inbox, they say they do not look at them. They showed me the email but said "oh well" The person up front said he could get me in after about a 1.5 to 2 hour wait and said the fact that they dont typically get their appointments that are made online and it wasnt his issue to deal with. All he needed to do was look and see I made the appointment the day before. At the end of the conversation I was told that if I want an oil change dont go to Meineke, they "are a full service center and not there to just change oil". This was one of the most unprofessional people Ive ever seen working under any type of franchised name. I would stay clear unless you absolutely had to go to this place.

I have been going here since the placed opened and its great!!! Not only do I bring my cars here to get serviced but I bring my whole families. They have done a radiator replacement, brakes, muffler replacement all were at the lowest price I could find. All in all a great shop I highly recommend it.

Bring your vehicle here if you enjoy hidden fees and additional costs. Dont bother making an appointment on the Meineke website as this shop doesnt honor them.
