Zero Stars if it was available, Bal is just a cold hearted piece of crap. After having a family emergency and giving him more than enough time to re-book the idiot would not refund my $5000.00 deposit. Dont waste your time with this place because he will be nice to you to get you in the door and book but in the case of an emergency be a total cold hearted person.
