We had the good fortune of having Ari White and the Wandering Que team come to our shul this past Sunday, and I can tell you, without hesitation, that is the best Kosher BBQ on the market today. Ari and his team were there early, set up and ready to go on time, and were very nice and professional. The food was.....Jeez, what can I say? The pulled chicken and pulled brisket were so tender and delicious. The sliced brisket was perfectly cooked, and fall apart in your mouth. The ribs were tremendous, as big as my head and smokey, meaty, so good.... But the stars of the show were Aris new line of bacon brittle and sausages!! Who would have even thought to put bacon with brittle, but you know what? It works, boy, does it work!! That cracking sound when he breaks into pieces is so appropriate, because this stuff is like crack, I couldnt get enough of it!! The sausages, oh man, the sausages.... I tried the Italian with peppers and onions, and was transported in my head to a big league game, with good chow and good brew, it was delicious. I bought to take home the pepperoni and the chorizo, and I just couldnt wait, I had to cook some up last night. The chorizo is nice an spicy, but not overly so. And the pepperoni has just the right texture and blend of sweet and hot, so good. I also bought a pack of the sweet sausage, going to get to that tonight, and I bought some slab lamb bacon for cholent. I tell you, this man has the Midas touch, everything he touches turns to BBQ gold. I cant wait for his next visit, better start starving myself until then....Keep up the amazing work, I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE!!

Weve used Gemstone Catering for a Bar Mitzvah and two shul kiddushes. The party at the Field house in Chelsea Piers was just perfect. This kids had a great time, and our friends have not stopped talking about how amazing the food was. As for the shul kiddushes, what can I even say to describe a Gemstone Kiddush? We had a cholent bar with 8 different cholents that simply blew the shul away, forget about the salads, carving station or sushi, all of which were absolutely top shelf. We had a very tough crowd to please and you guys came threw with flying colors...Thanks a million!
