Have been coming here for over a year with my lunch crew. Were so lucky that our office is located in Irvington so that I can experience the delicacies at Good-Life on a regular basis. Monday mornings are made so much sweeter when I see the weeks menu on facebook and delegate what days Im trying what. My all-time favorite meal is the shrimp po-boy, with its unbelievable spicy crunch and mango slaw. But dont get me wrong, as my diet has changed, good-life has been the perfect option seeing as I can get every meal on a salad and even replace a meal for a fresh juice during my detox days.

These guys are awesome! Food is a serious matter for them. At long last Irvington has some serious chefs who like to cook for a living --- not some namby pamby women who did not like their day jobs. Love their sandwiches and wraps. Everything is fresh, the menu changes often and features seasonal vegetables. They have sides and some entrees as dinner items. What a complete breath of fresh air!! They are reasonably priced and have such a lovely enthusiastic demeanor! Wish them every success and I will be there often!

Disappointed at their lack of response. I love supporting local business, but this one I will not. I needed a very small catering request, despite my visit to their store and numerous calls Good-Life never responded. Not even to say they could not help you. It is too bad as I host many events which requiring catering. Thank goodness for never-failing places like Susan Lawrence (Chappaqua) for coming out the hero of the day.

Stopped in yesterday after work and this is a great place. Right outside the train station makes it easy for me to pick up dinner. I look forward to going back!
