Both manager and rep at our apt LIED about required NYC electrical code, claimed we needed a seperate line for a kitchen appliance (895$) and LIED again saying we needed to replace our entire fuss box as well ($1200). They knowingly OVERBID the work and prices required to fix our issues. After talking to other electricians in Brklyn, I hear theyre known to be the biggest scam artists in Brklyn. Pls SAVE yourself from the experience I had, go to Breen Electric instead.

I have used and recommended Christopher Jon Electrical several times over the past eight years. I have excellent first-hand experience at seeing them in action at a co-op building and at a single family home. I have watched the company grow from when it was just Christopher Jon to as recently as two weeks ago. They have always provided clearly detailed estimates and more importantly, delivered on the work promised. I am now and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I dont know about what other people say about Christopher Jon Electric, but I had a very good service from them. I can not forget the way that Christopher Jon Electrical technician was explaining me everything what was wrong and what had to be done. Very good customer service. Thank you Dominic one of the best technicians I had in my house in the last 10 years.

Deceitful. I was told there is a $39.95 fee for the technician to arrive and figure out whats going on. In fact, $39.95 is the arrival fee. In order for the technician to assess the problem, its an additional $239.95, after which point there are even more charges if you want the problem solved. Disappointing.

These guys will lie to your face and try to rip you off. I entered into a contract with them, and after paying them over $1,000, they tried to double the contract price, and simply ran off with my money when I refused to go along with it. Avoid at all costs!!!

From my initial call into them, to when they finished it was a pleasant experience. Courtious, ontime, did what they said at the price they quoted me! Took extra care of my floors, and left my apartment better than it was. ---Jim

This guy ripped off my 80 year old mother. He charged 1200 for a new panel when all she needed was a breaker. I tried to go to his address for a refund but its a fake address. What a jerk. I am reporting to the BBB.

They lie, they tell you it is $39.95 for the bid, then when they show up they tell you it will cost $240. They are scammers. The BBB has been notified and the Attorney General will be next.
