We have called Spirelli Electric on a few occasions for our business and Jeff has been a great guy to work with. Jeff is very prompt in getting in touch with us, asking us about our issue, and getting to the property in a timely manner. When Jeff comes to the property, he assesses the situation, and importantly, explains his professional opinion and solution to the issue in a detailed manner. If I dont understand something and ask him for a deeper explanation, Jeff is more than happy to do so. Then ,Jeff works on solving our issues with quality work in a reasonable timeframe. He has developed a great personal and professional relationship with our property and were more than happy to give Jeff a call if another electrical issue arises (sorry Jeff, we didnt mean to bug you on your day before your vacation, but we really needed you and appreciate the time you took on a late Friday afternoon to resolve our issue!). Spirelli Electric was recommended to us by our electrician in Rockland County (Dona Electric), and we are grateful for the reference. Wed definitely recommend Jeff and Spirelli Electric to others in the area who have electrical related issues in the future.

We used Spirelli Electric today for the first time. We decided to call them based on reviews from Angies List and it was no mistake. They returned my call within an hour and despite being short of staff due to a vacation schedule, someone was out to our house by the next day to provide an estimate for the work, free of charge. The work was explained thoroughly to us and how the billing works. We asked that the work be done within 2 weeks and they sent Troy, a technician, out one day later to do the job. Troy called to say he was running early. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. Despite being paid hourly, Troy worked diligently and completed the work hours short of the original window suggested to us. He left the space clean and in better shape than before showing up. We will definitely be using Spirelli again! Thank you :)

First time customer and will definitely call again. Paul arrived on time and didnt waste time. He worked efficiently and was friendly, honest, and professional. He installed new outlets and then explained the issues we were having with a separate tripped circuit. Fortunately, it was an easy fix- one a handyman previously did not catch. We did have to wait a week for an available time slot, but I wont take a star away because Id rather wait for a busy and efficient electrician than one who will pace themselves just to milk each minute/hour for themselves. Paul knew approximately how long the job would take and was considerate enough to aim to stay in that time frame, and he did. Thanks again, Paul! That has been greatly appreciated and we already have plans to call again for some other updates down the line.

This was not the first time I have used Spirelli Electric. Every time I have used them I have been completely satisfied. No matter the size of the job, all the technicians are awesome and most importantly treat my home like it is their own. This last visit Jeff installed some smart switches for us so we could control outside lighting from our smartphone. The experience from the time you make the appointment from the time the technician leaves is top notch. My appointment was confirmed with a phone call a day or two prior, a reminder email sent, Jeff called when he was on his way and arrived when we said he would. He worked clean putting a drop cloth down in the area he was working. He was pleasant to talk with and very courteous. Quality work.

Jeff from Spirelli is amazing! Hes very knowledgeable and professional. He spent the entire day fixing a myriad of electrical issues, including the shoddy unfinished work done by a previous electrician, as well as fixing a broken doorbell, several broken outlets, and a broken overhead patio light. He was extremely courteous, always asking if we were happy with what he was doing. He was punctual, and called us to let us know hed be 10mins late. He had integrity and refused to connect some old devices that were in bad shape. He was also very friendly. Spirelli is a very professional service with a receptionist, appointment reminder emails, and emailed invoices. His prices were reasonable and he even gave us some tips on how to save money.

Justin and Darwin from Spirelli have been back to our new home over the past 2-3 years, helping completely update our old knob & tube wiring, replacing our old panel, and doing other renovation-related ceiling lighting work, installing closet lights, fans, etc. Both are friendly and professional and have helped us work within our limited budget, suggesting ways to cut costs by doing prep work ourselves and also by having us call them back only at key stages of renovations when they could more readily access the appropriate areas and thus save time. I appreciate their honest, no-nonsense approach (e.g., they didnt overstate or mis-characterize the danger of knob & tubing), and Ive never felt pressured to do unnecessary updates.

After having washing machine hoses replaced and went to have the machine plugged back in, found out the electrical outlet for the plug was not working right and called Spirellli to have someone come in. Ended up was able to get one of their electricians (Darwin) to come in the same day. Darwin showed up and did a great job in replacing the outlet as well as checking one of my electric baseboard heaters that was not working and was able to find out in a few minutes what the problem was. Used Spirelli a few years back and was not disappointed then or now as to their workmanship, courtesy and customer service. Glad I came back to use then again. Will be having Darwin come back as soon as I get a replacement baseboard heater.

I have had this company do work for me several times, including upgrading my service from 100 to 200 amps. The work has always been done very professionally and the job site clean when finished. In the latest service on 11/14/2016 Bobby came to swap out some old light switches and install new Home Automation remote control switches. He was very courteous and offered some suggestions to make things work better. Also pointing out that an old fluorescent picture should have the bulb removed until it could be replaced because it was not compatible with the new dimmer switches. All-in-all, I am very pleased with Spirelli Electric. They will continue to be my go-to company for this type of work.

After experiences with two completely unresponsive electricians in the area (from different companies), we found Spirelli and had a *great* experience. No need for estimate or visits, they just sent someone out with a transparent pricing arrangement for time and materials. Troy was prompt and professional -- even giving me a call to see if he could arrive early. In a short visit, he knocked out a variety of longstanding fixture issues, troubleshooted some complex wiring in our 1830s house, and fastidiously managing details and keeping all work areas clean. All in all, we will be calling on Troy and Spirelli again when our next electrical projects come up. Great experience.

Great professionals to call in an emergency. This was my second use of Spirelli Electric in such an occasion. Both times I received sane sensible and thoughtful help in handling the call and getting a person on site at my home in an emergency. Technicians call before arrival and when they arrive, they are clearly good problem-solvers, such as Jeff Uffer whose detective work on finding the cause of a mysterious circuit failure in very short order was reassuring. Watching a thoughtful person attack a problem quickly, settles my anxiety down about how much this visit is going to cost. Fast, thorough and affordable is the outcome.
