If I were able to give a negative star, I would. That is how horrible this company is. We had a problem with restoring the electricity for one of our tenants. In efforts to speed things up, the tenants got a referral from Brooklyn Electricians hotline for this company. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! It all began as usual; an estimator arrived and gave an estimate for the job. At that time a deposit was rendered. The nightmare came when their so called electrician arrived. This guy told me that ConEdison had locked the light remotely, not physically, and that there was absolutely nothing we could do to restore it unless we upgraded the entire electric system. This upgrade by the way would cost thousands of dollars. Needless to say, all we wanted was to restore light, plain and simple. He went on to say that if he only restored light, that his company would face a fee for not doing the entire upgrade. I then gave up with him and called ConEd to restore light. When ConEd arrived, I was informed that electricity had been restored two days ago, and furthermore, the tenants didn’t have lights because I needed was to twist a knob to have the light restored. SO NOT ONLY DID THIS GUY TRY TO EXHORT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM ME, BUT HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE HECK HE WAS DOING!! Then to worsen the whole thing, I couldnt even get a full refund. The boss was such a coward that he had his assistants contacts me to say that his guy was there for about an hour, so I had to pay for that hour. This hour by the way, consisted of the guy trying to talk me into the upgrade. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND HEADACHES, go elsewhere for your needs. For all we know, these are all inexperienced rookies.

With some of the reviews posted, I did run into somewhat of a similar problem but was resolved right away when I contacted the supervisor of the company about it. They made sure to send the electrician as soon as possible to take care of my issues after resolving that matter. Everything after that one little hiccup of an issue was greatly resolved, with great customer service. The electrician they had sent was very friendly and professional, along with his crew. What an amazing job they did, Im very happy that I continued my services with the company. It was a pleasure having Jeff as my electrician.

I would give this business 0 or negative stars if possible. They scammed me of a large amount of money and promised me a refund week after week but it never came and they did no work. Read all their reviews and many complaints online, especially at the Better Business Bureaus website and they all tell you the same thing: that they took the money but did not do any work for it and once contacted theyd work together to weasel out of not paying back. I am utterly disgusted that there are people like the ones at this company they should be ashamed that they have to operate in such a manner.

Think twice before hiring this company for your home improvement project. I made mistake hiring them for kitchen renovation. The work was performed unprofessionally. They had to come back twice to fix bad installation. The work was performed with several New Jersey Construction Code violations. I had to fire them before the work was completed. Then they sent me invoice for full cost balance of incomplete work. Of course, I did not pay. Then they sued me for not paying. They did not come to the court and the case was dismissed. Do you want to have this kind of troubles? Go ahead.

They arrived on time that was the only positive thing. I requested a new line to be installed after several attempts and tripped circuts (a one day job took 1 week) I thought I had a new separate line. The Jerk they sent didnt know what he was doing. Months later after calling in a new Electrician from Service Magic, I found out that they screwed up my wiring and just moved one or mor lines to a different meter box.

Worst experience of my life - bar none. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT engage this entity, not even sure how to describe them...and to add insult to unjury, they brought a suit against me in Civil Court. I was so driven to face them in court I hired an attorney - they never showed and the case was dismissed.

Stay away. They hire subcontractors to come in to do a job and have no clue what they are doing. They started a job where i had to hire a different company and to find out they never even took out a permit to do the job. They will steal your money
