ERROLs SERVICE SUCKS. Everyone loves cheap labor and that i do give to him but with cheap labor comes cheap parts and not being attentive to details. I had an accident during the winter months and was referred to Errols shop. I took the car there and he promised it would be ready in 2 weeks however, it took over a month in which he did not provide a means for transportation for every day he was late. when he was done the care seemed appealing to the naked eye but as several weeks passed i realize my paint started to chip in every location he had painted but that was not the least of my worries. As months went by and the weather got warmer, there was a small fire in my fuse box and i noticed that my ac wasnt working. when i took it to another mechanic I was told that my condenser was damaged and that my headlights were wired wrong which caused a short circuit. when my condenser was removed, it was bent due to the accident that happened during the winter in which he stated that it was fixed according to the receipt given to me. I had to pay additional money to another responsible mechanic to have the job done right.

Errol told me car would be done on Tuesday. End of day Tuesday I received no call and no one answered their phone. Wednesday morning no one answered the phone. So I go by to get my car and I am told that I have to wait. I say I cant wait as I have work and I just want to pay and go now. Instead they block me in and refuse to take my payment. He insists that I must take off of work to go and get a rental instead and that I must pay in cash (over a $1000) if I wish to get my car. He then told me that no one is ever taking this car from his shop, "not even the president" and that this is his car now.

As a woman, its ill advised that one goes to a mechanic without a Y chromosome, but I had an emergency and needed a fix last minute. I was graciously greeted by Bell, one of the mechanics, who then introduced me to Errol and squeezed me into their late schedule. The entire team was courteous, they gave great service, and the shop is very well priced! I would recommend him everyone in the area! Thank you Errol!
