Can you give negative stars?! This place is horrible! When I first walked in the "manager" Brandon was on the phone with someone for about 25 minutes before he even acknowledged that I was in the office, he was being to degrading to whom ever he was speaking to on the other line. That was the first thing, then when he finally greeted me his hygiene was awful! he smelled terrible and the dandruff coming off of him was disgusting. If someone is a manager in a store they should have better hygiene. When my car was finally in the shop for noises that I was hearing I was told that I needed to replace 4 of my calipers. I paid for all four, HOWEVER ONLY 2 OF THEM WERE CHANGED! I PAID FOR MY CAR TO BE FIXED AND I WAS RIPPED OFF!! Then I thought my bearings were going to be replaced to fix the noise, but they never were. I went back to the Midas Nyack and I spoke to the technician who worked on my car and when I asked about it he looked extremely confused as to what I was talking about with my bearings because he said he was never even told to do them! I spent $2,500 but I only received work for $580!!! This place is a total rip off and I will never be coming back here again! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

As a woman, I still am often treated as if my IQ matches my shoe size when I enter an auto service shop. I am happy to say that I did NOT get even a hint of that at Midas Nyack. They are quick, courteous, efficient and really know their stuff. I came in with a windshield wiper that two other mechanics had told me would require replacement of the motor on the drivers side of the car. Walking in to Midas Nyack, Terry told me point blank (without ever looking at the car) that theres only one motor, and since the passenger side worked fine, that couldnt be the problem. It was, in fact, simply a loose bolt, which he tightened for me, for free. He also informed me that whoever it was that last rotated my tires, had put them on backwards (they are unidirectional). I will, most certainly, be coming back to Midas Nyack, and never again to the previous excuse for a mechanic.!

I will never go here again. I have brought several of my cars here over the years for basic services (brakes, antifreeze flush, oil changes, etc.). Two days ago I brought my Chevy, which clearly had an exhaust leak (loud sound) to this shop. I was told that I would need a whole new exhaust from front to back including the catalytic converter (which was just replaced last year by another shop in Rockland County). I was told parts and labor would be about $2400. I told them I needed to think about it, I immediately went to another mechanic in the area. He fixed the problem by cutting out one pipe and inserting another. Parts and labor $100. Clearly this does not pass the stink test. Shame on you guys for trying to pull a fast one on a good and local customer. Spread the word...these guys are crooks!

Brought my car here for different things varying from oil changes to tires. Came in to get my brakes checked and was given a ridiculous quote for brakes and pads and said I needed all sorts of other things to pass inspection. Then after I said I didnt want to go forward with them for the service they tried to lower the price and say it was a great deal when in reality it wasnt. When I decided to say no thanks they got angry and charged me 45$ for an oil change they already started doing and 61$ for a brake evaluation. Then when I had the time to do the brakes myself the lug nuts were cranked down beyond repair by their technicians. This was either done on purpose or out of ignorance. Ive never been more disappointed with a repair shop in my life. Never going back

i got my oil changed about a month ago, drove down to NC two days after it was done to have my car over heat in PA because some dumbass who checked the fluids to my car didnt close anything. then on the way back to find out oil has been leaking until this very day. I decided to check it out and i found out the oil filter wasnt on tightly. i stopped and thought to myself that im not a dumbass who would have forgotten to tighten things up. then it came to mind, it was the people who worked at midas. quit slacking dumbass, your being paid.

Brought my car in for an oil change. The manager pointed out to me that my rear brakes were in very bad condition, but that the front brakes looked fine. He was right; my front brakes are only a couple months old and I knew the back brakes were going as I was hearing some grinding. The guys did the brake job, showed me all the worn out parts, and charged me a fair, competitive price for the job; not to mention the guarantee thats better than anyone else in the area. Color me satisfied!

Went there about a week ago and had a great experience. The manager Brandon took great care of me, had my brakes done, front struts, alignment and 4 tires and felt really pleased with the knowledge and level of customer service exceeded my expectations! Would highly recommended and the technician that worked on my car Manny was very efficient and did great work! Cant say it enough thank you guys and will be back!

I feel that the front desk manager is very knowledgeable, and he is fair. I like the service at Midas and I am a repeat customer. They will always try to work with me on what I need to do for my car with the amount of money I have to spend. The technicians are good. I trust the Midas in Nyack.

Got an inspection and they tried to sell a bunch of extra services that were unnecessary and expensive, was able to do all the work they were trying to sell for less than 15% what they were charging

HORRIBLE!!!! Do not go!!!!! Twice I went and twice they never called me back! The first of the two, they didnt even change my oil! This place is a rip off!!! Dont waste your money on this place.
