Cibao Auto repair was recommended by my mother in law . She told me that these guys were honest and very fair priced . She brought her car to a shop (block away ) to get a quote on a bumper repair. She said they wanted to charge her $450 to repair her bumper (slight dent) plus additional 200 to paint . She realized that it seemed expensive so she decided to bring her car to Cibao to compare price- they did the work for $65 - yes $65 . Having heard this I brought my car to them for a diagnostic on electrical issues . They kept my car for 2 days as this process takes time and they wants to do a thorough scan . It was discovered that it may be an intermitten issue and was told if the Problem occurred Again to bring the car back . I was very happy and pleased with what they did - when I asked the manager for the bill , he looked at me and smiled and said "no charge" I was shocked that a mechanic did charge for anything having kept my car for 2 days with a though diagnostic! This was the first ever . These guys are my mechanics for life . I will recommend anyone and everyone to them. Thank you !!!!

I was having electrical and transmission issues with my truck. I took it to an electrician and he couldnt locate the problem. so he said take it to the dealer to see if they get lucky n figure the issue. I took it to the dealer and they were charging me $5680 to repair my truck. they said I need to purchase a new transmission, body harness together with the body module . I couldnt afford that so I thought about selling the truck. I am part of a auto club in new York and I spoke to the guys about my issue and one of them works in the auto parts industry. so after hearing about my issue he recommended to a shop in manhattan cibao auto repair told me these guys hands down are the best. so I left my truck in their hands and I got a call the next morning and it was repaired. they were very honest with me and fixed all my issues for less then a quarter of what the dealer was charging and i didnt have to buy a transmission, body harness or body module. very professional,honest and great friendly customer service.
