My MINI Cooper was knocked up pretty good as a result of another driver smacking into the side of my car (rolling through a stop sign and turning the wrong way onto a one way street). Through his insurer, Allstate, I found Ferraro. While there were a couple of "itll be ready in a couple days" calls, when I did go to pick my car up, I found the team to be gracious and friendly, and my car to be in lovely condition. To top it off, I was given some unsolicited advice about my tires (which are clearly bald... and dangerous) and an awesome price quote on some replacements, plus help in handling the tire replacement. All in all, I had a great experience and would bring my car back.

the customer service is horrible. I spoke w/Nicki and he was rude & belligerent. I wanted to know if my car was there, as I expected it to be @ the BENZ dealer. It was as if I asked for his first born. When I tried to get an estimate on the repair - he seemed displeased and tried to brush me off with a generic response that he was awaiting parts. I had to pretend to be a helpless woman for him to back off and speak to me nicely. It was a very unpleasant experience. I pray to God that my car repairs fair better than my human experience. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy - unless I wanted him/her stressed to death.

I have a 2016 Mitsubishi and i came in with fender damage amongst other dameges due to someone hitting my parked car. I did not think that my car was ever going to look the same again but i must say that this place is great. They did a really really good job on my car. They customer service was really good. I love what they did to my car I cant stress that enough they are great I would recommend them to any body I could have taken my car to my dealer but I am so glad that I trusted In ferraro body & fender.
