Ive known Nam for probably 20+ years. Actually I followed him when came from Park Slope. Hes my go to guy in auto repairs from vans I used manage to my personal vehicles. As with all the reviews Ive read, he truly is honest and knowledged in the repairs he does. He also treats him workers well, salt of the earth. Hes worked with me when Ive been anal and brought in my own "dealers parts",which he has never fussed and will install and makes repairs with care and diligence needed. I just had a repair made and reading on line thought it might cost $1200+. I misdiagnosed and was only charged $250. Any other mechanic wouldve read into the situation and probably charged me over what I expected to pay. I think Ive saved many many dollars by not going to dishonest mechanics that makes poor quality repairs.

Great Mechanic! Nam is honest and reliable. Doesnt make unnecessary repairs. I have gone to him for years and recommended him to lots of friends and never heard anything but good feedback. Best for Japanese or American cars I think, as opposed to European cars. Plus he is a nice guy!

I was really pleased with my experience at Luu Auto Services. The staff were really courteous and fast. I think its unusual to find a place that will inspect your car on a weekend, but Luu does it. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I would be happy to come back here anytime.

I had a great experience here when I needed to get an emissions inspection. Not only were they open at 5pm on a Saturday (hard to find) but the whole experience was a breeze and hassle free.

Could not find a more honest mechanic. He diagnosed my car, fixed the issue and didnt charge me because it was a small fix... I never leave reviews, but who does that anymore!?!
