Simply put this shop sucks. The owner is a real crook. I took my bike there to get some basic electrical work done. My bike is only a couple of years old and I dont ride it a lot and its basically new. I wanted different color spark plug cables installed. First of all I went round and round trying to get a simple estimate. I was finally told it would take about two hours work plus the cost of the new cables. Just because Im a girl doesnt mean Im an idiot with it comes to motorcycle repairs and maintenance. I knew what spark plug wires should cost, the guy quoted me a price that was about four times what they should cost. I should have walked out right then. I agreed to let him do the work for me since they were located close to my work. My mistake. Two weeks passed and I never hear back from them so, I decided to stop in and check to see if it was finished. They hadnt even started working on it. I left and waited for another week and finally called to see if it was finished. Nope. Mind you I was having basic electrical work done which should have been completed in 3 hours tops. The next week I received a call from Rick the owner and he starts naming off all of this other problems that needed to be fixed or the bike would run properly. At this point the guy had me by the privets so, I had to accept the extra charges for parts and work I really didnt need plus of course the added labor hours. For a simple job that should have cost me about $150 this swindler ended up charging me about $400. To make a long story longer. I ended up having to take the bike to another mechanic because there was a short in the wiring job that he did. Fool me once... I will never do business with Zoni crooks again. Stay clear of this garage.

My bike started decelerating on the freeway as I attempted to accelerate... Obviously there was an issue, and being that i have no space to work on my bike (nor the time to learn how to work on it), i took it to zoni. It took about three months to get my bike back. I had to find all of the parts myself, and no.. it wasnt cheaper at all to bring in my own parts. In the end, I had to buy a new carb for my motorcycle via ebay. Zoni swapped it out, swapped out my battery, bought me a new voltage regulator all for a whopping $850. My bike came back idling too low.. meaning it stalled every time i came up to a stoplight and pulling the choke on a cold day now stalls the motor. Zoni bro fixed the problem i came in for but gave me countless amounts of other ones. I dont recommend going to this guy. If he put as much energy into caring about his customers as he does pretending to care, Im sure hed have better reviews. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

What a piece of work these guys are! Despite the poor reviews i decided to call these guys since they are local to me and tried to get a quote on a repair for a small moped bike. All they say is it will be a flat rate depending what you need to be done and that i will save money. I ask "No hourly charge or anything? no quote till after all your pieces are on the floor and you have to pay them what you are told. No thanks, i wont have a clue what i will have to pay until my bike is in pieces. Scam artist ! Just needed a quote or rough estimate, they want your bike in pieces first.

Their a bunch of crooks!!! Went in to get my moped inspected and normally the inspection costs $6 but these crooks over charge. They want to charge me $20 for a standard NY state motorcycle inspection that cost $6. I questioned why it cost $20? They told me that it was a courtesy charge because they had to drop what they were doing. I started to laugh because the shop was empty and the only mechanic that was there was smoking a cigarette chit-chat ting with the owner. What their doing is wrong over charging for a New York state inspection. Crooks!!! Just plain "OLD" CROOKS!!!

Rick is a stand up guy who wont BS you for a buck. His shop is meticulous and his work shows why hes always busy and well respected. He is a true craftsman and at a reasonable cost. If your serious about quality repairs, customization and care for your ride, Zoni Bros is the place for you. If your a penny pinching, know it all who thinks quality work can be done cheap and fast.. go elsewhere. If your a true biker who prefers quality and a great relationship with your mechanic, Zoni Bros is the spot. Thanks Rick, keep up the great work!

Not sure why so many negative reviews...Ricks the best! At first I was a little hesitant about taking my Vespa here cause it seems like its more of a Harley/etc kind of bike shop, but Rick is a very friendly, straight-talking guy whos super knowledgeable about Vespas (even has one himself) and was able to take care of my transmission issues at a really decent price. After consistently getting ripped off from other shops (lookin at you, motogrrl), have to say this place is a gem! Plus theres an excellent candy selection. :)

This is an excellent shop. Everyone there is very professional, courteous and cares about customer satisfaction while doing their best to keep costs as affordable as possible. In fact, they even tried talking me out of some unnecessary work to save me money. I had purchased a 1993 Kawasaki Vulcan which had sat for a very long time. They made this bike run and look like it just came out of the dealership. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with a bike (of any kind).

Took my motorcycle here for inspection. This Rick guy just pop the key in and check the mileage and NOTHING else. Put the sticker on then took my 20 dollar bill and never gave me change back, inspection is only 6 dollar. The guy just walked away while on the phone. I waited outside but nothing. Its only a few bucks so I didnt care for it. I live close to this shop and Ill never go back. If you have to go here, be very careful with price and service...

Excellent experience here. Called and spoke directly with the owner, and had my bike inspected and even fixed a turn signal for a very good price only an hour or so before they closed. The owner did the work himself quickly and efficiently, and knew exactly what had to be done. Very satisfied with my trip here. If you live anywhere in Brooklyn and have a motorcycle, I highly recommend coming here. Theres no bull**** with these guys!
